We stayed there last week though we had hot water problem it was solved.The rooms were neat and tidy.even they changed the bedsheets .hospitality was good and very friendly. Hotels were nearby and veg good was avilable.i recommend this place.thanks

Not that great, as its very small room with high price. The bedspread and pillow were dirty without changing it they have given the rooms, and stinky too. No proper check I don't see a plug point to charge my mobile, no fan in the room instead they provided pedestal fan after i asking for it Heater was not working and no complementary breakfast provided for that high priced rooms

Very Nice hotel. Beautiful as name Located right in Munnar market. At centre point to all activities. Best one in Munnar market area. Everything was very good.

Location is good but the hotel is worst. The bed spreads were stinking. No room service for food. We took a suite room and it is partitioned with another room and their voice and TV noise disturbed us a lot. We checked in at night and checked out at 7AM. They mentioned it as a 3 star hotel. It's fraud. It's a normal hotel.

Best experience....suitable for family....separate place to talk in late nit and play wid frnds....full hot water service....rooms are very neat and clean....all room persons too polite

Good value. Rooms look old but you get what you pay for. Some dust in the rooms.

Good hotel and worth the stay. Just one suggestion - improve the wifi. It's really bad.

The staff were so friendly and The rooms were clean so overall good experience
