Rainbow inn

The Bald manager was very Rude!!!.. We went during Christmas and they charged double of what was normal and insisted on cash or UPI to personal number only. Strange thing i noticed was the booking was written by pencil, maybe someone is pilfering the cash or so!! Rooms are good. but there was lot of Dampness surrounding the hotel which made us feel cold inside!

One of the best stay rooms in munnar city....very clean rooms and food is firstclass .master cook subramanian sir cooks all kind of food items taste is osum and John sir is very friendly and cool . City center ,Free wifi available , family friendly , water heater is available, rooms are very clean. Praveen sir is fantastic person ,he helps to guide which place to visit ,shopping ,etc.,They will arrange car , Jeep and guide we can belive them without any doubts ,.I will give 5 stars rating with this hotel .Fully satisfied .Thanks a lot Rainbow inn.

Had a great experience rooms were really clean leaving one thing that is hot water wasn't for 24/7 it had timing other than good to go

Its a good hotel for stay. Rooms are good and affordable (5 Room = 10000) but I prefer to stay near nature and its in a Munnar town so nothing special for me there. R

I had the most pleasant stay at the rainbow inn. The room was very clean and comfortable and in a great location. However I would like to bring attention to the most wonderful service by the team here. I could not praise them more. They are so attentive and accommodating. I had a minor issue and wanted to see a doctor and the team at the rainbow inn took me to the hospital, waited with me and then took me to get the medicine. The team here and so kind and caring and truly I couldn't have had a better experience. I am so grateful. Thank you Rainbow Inn

Rainbow Inn (NOT to be confused with Lumino Rainbow) is a wonderful newly constructed property located at main munnar, just opposite to KTDC Tea county. The rooms were neat and clean, ideal for a family stay. Service and hospitality was excellent. Room was ready before we arrived and Martin at Reception helped us to do a quick Check-in. They have adequate parking space within and outside the property. Their inhouse restaurant is still under construction as in Feb2024, however, nearby there are many veg and non-veg restaurants to explore within 100 meters. Imp note for boozers, Bar is available at KTDC Tea county, just opp. to property. Overall, a pleasant stay at Rainbow Inn. Thank you.

Firstly, the hotel does not resemble how it looks like online. It is completely under construction with dust everywhere. Even though we had booked the hotel online, the manager had no knowledge of us coming. The room given to us was two floors down into the basement. Only after giving extra money we were able to get a room on the first floor. We were there people traveling, so every hotel on its booking of three provides an extra bed. They refused for the bed. On asking for a mattress and a blanket they were only able to give us the mattress which was not in a condition to sleep on (see the image).
