Poopada

We visited this place as a group of 12 through a travel package booked by our organizer. While the rooms were decent and comfortable, the overall service left a lot to be desired. There weren't enough staff members to handle the guests, and the few who were present were quite rude. We asked for drinking water during check-in, but they didn't provide it. When we reminded them later at night, they responded rudely, asking why we were disturbing them. Although the food was decent in taste, it was served very late. The reception was mostly unmanned, and only 2-3 people were handling both cooking and guest services that night. When we complained to our organizers the next morning, they mentioned the behavior was due to staff shortage. Still, the experience was not pleasant, and the hospitality definitely needs improvement.

Rooms are old in look but located in a good place. No complementary breakfast. Very family friendly atmosphere. Safe and secure stay.

The rooms and service were okay, but the price was a bit high per day. Since the rooms don't have a fan or any electrical devices, you can hear noise from the other rooms.

The room had multiple issues that made the experience very uncomfortable. The flush in the bathroom wasn't working, which was highly inconvenient. There was no power port available to charge my mobile, which was surprising in this day and age. The wash basin didn't have running water, making basic hygiene challenging. To add to the inconvenience, there weren't even hangers in the bathroom to keep clothes or towels. Overall, it was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

Worstest experience in this resort,there is no cleanliness in room and there is no good facilities, very bad behaviour from the manager & receptionist.specially the receptionist is such a biggest co-ward first keep the good manager & receptionist teach them how to be polite with the customers. There is a biggest issue with money because of the manager & receptionist.there is no t.v, telephone. But also they took very expensively . Worst poopada resort.

I had a terrible stay at this hotel, mainly due to the lack of cleanliness and basic amenities. When I checked into my room, it was clear that housekeeping had skipped several steps. The floor was dusty, the bathroom had hair in the sink, and there were spots on the mirrors and windows. It looked like the room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in ages.On top of that, several essential items were missing. There were no towels, no toiletries, and not even a kettle or coffee maker, which should be standard. I had to call the front desk multiple times just to get basic supplies, and when they finally arrived, they were handed over with a rude attitude, as if I was bothering them.For the price I paid, I expected at least a clean room and the basics to be available without constantly asking for them. This hotel needs serious improvements in both its cleanliness and service. I would not recommend staying here.

This hotel has to be one of the worst I have ever been to. The view is good, but the walls of the rooms are completely soiled and damaged. The rooms do not have sufficient lighting and the bathroom is excessively small and dirty. There is absolutely no service from the staff members of the hotel and they don't even provide with a soap in the bathroom. There are some good sides of the hotel, like the location was good, and the rooms were spacious. But I will definitely not recommend this hotel.

Worst experience ever in a stay.the moment I entered the reception the guy was completely drunk.dint not accept card payment had to take an auto to atm and get cash.rooms was in a very bad state.no towel was provided hot water tap was broken phone was not working.a total waste and top on that the management is not worried at all
