Neelakurinji plantation resort is one of the best places in munnar. I definitely recommend it for ppl who plan for a munnar trip||We booked a cardamom bungalow containing two rooms and a big common space which helps if you go with friends or family|Though it is the summer season ( Apr) in munnar, the climate at the property is good not so cold and hot ||Best place for staycation and inside the property they have cave, river, camp fire and a big place to walk around||Food wise everything is good. Covers all common indian dishes like idly,rotti, gravies veg and non veg. Dinner is mostly a buffet type 750/person||WiFi facility available. We will get Mobile signals in some places||Road to reach the property is very steep. We find it a very interesting and fun ride. Ours is a Hyundai aura 1200cc and comfortably reached.||My suggestion to the resort is having a play area for kids will be helpful for visitors with kids||Mr.Akil who coordinate with us is very friendly||Finally, we had a great experience at the resort and we will definitely revisit

A Dream Escape at Neelakurunji Luxury Bungalow Our stay at Neelakurunji Luxury Bungalow was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped by the warm hospitality of the owner and staff, who made us feel like family. Every detail, from the welcome drink to the personalized care, reflected their genuine passion for creating unforgettable experiences. The chef deserves special praise--every meal was a delightful blend of local flavors and gourmet presentation. The ingredients felt fresh from the spice garden, and the taste was soul-satisfying. Surrounded by untouched nature, the property is a haven for birdwatchers and nature lovers. Mornings greeted us with birdsong, and exploring the nature cave, scenic trekking trails, and the unique rock sit-out was pure bliss. The sound of nearby waterfalls and streams added a calming rhythm to our stay, blending beautifully with the cool, misty climate. The rooms are luxurious, blending rustic charm with modern comfort. Every corner whispered elegance and tranquility. Kids had a blast, singing and playing in the open spaces--pure joy echoed through the hills. For couples, the bungalow offers a truly romantic stay, wrapped in the magic of nature. We found ourselves speechless, often just soaking in the serenity. In short, Neelakurunji isn't just a stay--it's an emotion. One that leaves you refreshed, inspired, and longing to return. No words can truly capture the experience--it must be lived.

We traveled for 15 hours--through the night and half a day--to reach Neelakurinji Resort in Munnar. As we arrived, a refreshing chill greeted us, as though we had left the last traces of Chennai's hot summer somewhere along the way.||The resort is nestled in a serene location where nature reveals its quiet secrets, blending beautifully with open meadows. It's isolated from the connected world we're used to, and while our devices quickly lost charge, we--family and friends--recharged our bodies and minds with fresh air and tranquility.||We explored a little cave, lay down on large rocks for a while to capture some memorable photos, and even spotted the Neelakurinji plant, which was just beginning to bloom. We were lucky to see a few of its rare blossoms usually takes 12 years to bloom - a truly special moment.||The kids had a great time in the play areas, playing cricket and badminton, sitting and chatting freely. Since the resort felt both secluded and secure, we didn't worry much about them. That freedom allowed the children to enjoy themselves independently--and gave us a rare chance to relax, stepping away from our usual parental routines.||The staff were responsive and courteous. The rooms, the spacious layout, and the surrounding landscape were excellent. The sight of small streams, tall trees, birdsong, insects humming, the rhythm of the mornings, blooming flowers, and well-arranged plants all brought peace to the eyes and calm to the mind.||Nature is always beautiful, but it's the thoughtful design, available facilities, and warm staff that made this experience stand out.||It was a truly wonderful trip, perfectly organized by our friend Rizwan. We wholeheartedly recommend Neelakurinji Resort to our friends, relatives, and anyone looking for a refreshing retreat!!!

Nestled in a green cardamom estate, the array of bungalows is quite colonial. Leave behind the need to be connected with the fast pacing world and just stay connected with the immediate nature - a whistling bird species, view of chokramudi malai, descending mist, thunder flashes (April/May), a brook flowing in the estate, up and down between the individual bungalows.||Amongst all other good things is food - one thing that one cannot compromise on when choosing a vacation. Though the veg options listed are limited, yet the chef and caretaker Akhil obliged us with doing custom curries, and there is nothing one would find stale or too greasy. For a 5 day stay with 3 kids, we just couldn't have managed to stay without complaints to cater to satisfaction or 7 people if the staff wasn't accommodating enough. The paneer was done fresh, a small portion with less spice done for kids, milk provided (beyond breakfast slot) for mornings and evenings. Snacks prepared on request...everything just needs a mention and a big expression of gratitude to make our vacation just memorable.||Over all, this is our 3rd visit in the last 10 years and the MD Arun and Suja are almost family to us now!||A big Shout out to the staff who never put our requests on hold. A special mention to Akhil who was at his toes at 5AM to make our checkout a breezy experience with all food packed on request to ensure a 12 hour journey back home.

Went with family and friends to this wonderful plantation stay. The balcony had a great view and the rooms were spacious. I stayed in a 2 bedroom bungalow which had a play area and swing and lot of seating space. The service was very good and staff were courteous.

Neelakurinji plantation resort. It was a great stay in between fauna and flora, I enjoyed the stay with my friends and family. Full of green, well maintained lanes. Food taste good and very good hospitality.|Amenities are excellent especially the stream and little rock caves gives us thrill.
