No hot water ,no lock for bathroom,customer service is worst totally bad experience for my family

Here we provide cottages and rooms with budget rate. Kitchen with utensils, Camp fire, Jeep safari,...etc are available here. Every day we can enjoy kathakali fusion in front of our resoort . Our fog covered location and a big rock in the middle of our property is more attractive for visitors.Our well furnished 2 room couples cottage on the top of the Rock is a remarkable one. since we are located very close to the national highway and 2nd mile city , visitors can buy bakery and stationery items as well as food very easily. Car parking facility also fine.
