This place have no internet connection and there are so many people making sounds there is so many tbi gs to improve. So i am kindly asking to improve

This resort is a fabulous place to get away from it all. It is very remote and definitely off the grid (but WiFi is available) The hotel is built on the side of a hill overlooking a valley. Very picturesque. The rooms are excellent and we were upgraded to one which has its own pool...exquisite! The staff is extremely accommodating and very friendly. The food was very good and quite a good variety. The only downside is that it is on the side of a hill, so everything is a walk uphill and down....not for those who have a hard time climbing stairs and hills. Other than that, highly recommended! Great place for a romantic getaway.

Booked 2 rooms, 2 months ahead of time during Christmas vacation. The owner did last minute cancellation (before 6 days) and arranged a very bad alternate accommodation named "Blue Way Holidays" in the same town. He mentioned, due to bad weather a tree branch fell on the house and he cannot clean it up in 1 week, he was not very clear and I was not convinced, I suspect he got a much better last minute deal and cancelled mine :-( . Due to the high season I had to accept the alternate. NOT GOOD! NOT GOOD!!!

I stayed here for two nights, food quality and service are very good. View from the rooms is marvelous. Hotel staff is also good but you face language problem with that. I also got upgradation of the room from the hotel. Hotel is around 8 KM before Munnar, you get peaceful experience to relax.

Wow! Great view from the hotel and also the staff was very friendly and kind. Service was ok. Tea was just awesome and i loved the small garden which was very soothing in morning time. Budget hotel in munnar and good location with decent rooms.

Very reasonable price; the staff there are very cooperative and cool. Understand the needs of the customers. Highly recommended.
