PATHETIC EXPERIENCE Stayed there for a day with the family. The overall stay experience was not at all pleasant. The staff was rude and impolite. Place feels to be run like street boys not professional at all. They claim to be a 3 star hotel but the service and room is not even comparable to a 2 star. The pricing is not at all justified.

We loved the hotel rooms. Also hotel staff were very polite. The staff were prompt to services (like bringing water, arranging bed). The hotel had good arrangements for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Good service, taking risk to serve fast during dining time, foods are delicious, safety place.

The room was very good and the bathroom was neat and clean. The behaviour of the staff was polite. The view of the mountains from the room was beautiful .

If someone looking for budget friendly and inside town, can opt this. Eco lovers may not enjoy this property

I recently stayed at Hotel Munnar Castle and had a mixed experience. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its excellent location. It's situated in a prime area, making it easy to access all the major attractions in Munnar. This convenience really enhanced our trip. However, there were several downsides to our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was average at best. We had to remind the staff every day to clean our room, as they wouldn't do it otherwise. This lack of proactive service was disappointing. Another issue we encountered was the additional charges for basic amenities. They even charge for paper plates, which we found quite unreasonable. If you're ordering food from Zomato, make sure to order plates as well because the hotel doesn't provide them without a fee. The hygiene in the hotel was also a concern. There was a strange, dirty smell in the washrooms and it seemed to linger throughout the entire hotel. This made our stay less comfortable than we had hoped.
