Mount Shelt Munnar

Hotel is situated at the center of the city at walkable distance from restaurants and shopping areas. Except for that nothing went well for us. Rooms weren't ready even at 1pm, towels and soaps weren't provided unless asked. There was no water and we have run to reception multiple times asking for the same. Even after reminding them that we shall be checking out early in the morning, again there was no water, hot water . It was an absolute inconvenience since we were 4 and had a single bathroom and there was water. Room was overpriced as it was peak season but absolutely not worth it. Very poor management .

Two stars for they gave different cotation me & my wife. Bed & atmosphere good. But the bathroom is not good. No lift. Continuously didn't supply hot water. But this hotel is inside munnar. That's only a favour. Don't buy this hotel food.

Worst place, had a worst experience. Very high rate, worst service

Hotel is very near to town, but it is massy area with scarp outside the hotel(very narrow road) , with family it is not recommended. Hot water is available only in specific times. Low cost within the city is the only advantage with this hotel. They will not provide towels, soaps.

If you are into a budget trip ,3 person they charge 1000, ie 330 per head. They have there on canteen and a average cushion bed. It's an average budget friendly room you can find in munnar.

the staff is very friendly they have there car parking area. hot water facility, big double bed rooms for families You only have to arrange food from the nearest hotels i.e veg or non veg Hotel hazrat sarvana hotel

Hotel is at the prime location in Munnar town. Hotel staff and the manager are so nice and decent people. Manager gave us the one mattress extra as complimentary and helped us in planning for sight seeing. And even allowed us to keep our luggage after checking out from the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to stay in Munnar.. A budget hotel
