Lumino Karthika

Stayed for 2 days at Lumino. Experience was not that good . No towels and soaps were kept in the rooms prior arrival. Ambience of room is un satisfying. Electric Sockets were not working. Need to improve infra. Thank you!

I booked a room at Luminoz Karthika and had a terrible experience. room is not given TV was not working. Conjested bathroom and shower was not working The key was already cracked, and when I tried to unlock the door, it suddenly broke. Instead of assisting, the management was extremely rude and even charged me 1500 to replace the key. Very disappointing service--would not recommended

Such a worst place to stay. Had a terrible experience with check in poor customer service.. I would recommend not to visit

The stay at this hotel was extremely bad. A couple of people working at the hotel told us all about how great the hotel was its cleanliness and new infrastructure. When we reached there, all we saw was a disaster. The room was even worse. There were insects in the room on the scratched bedsheets and the bathroom smelled extremely bad and the room was humid as well. The price for the room was too expensive for what it gave. No value for money. The only good thing was the the person working there helped us with transporting the luggage to and our of the rooms. But even the somewhat decent service was not enough the make up for the disaster of the room. Do NOT recommend. AT ALL.

Very nice and clean hotel. I went with family. We love the stay very much. Receptionist and Staff was very helpful and good.
