Lumino Highrange

We had booked the deluxe rooms for our family vacations in munnar. According to review we had a great impression on the property. But after reaching there we experienced the reality. 1. Receptionist behaviour is not good. 2. Major issue was the room condition. As per price deluxe rooms are so expensive. 3 Rooms were not properly cleaned. 4. Paint removed from wall. 5. Only 2 or 3 lights were in the room and also night lamps and charging sockets were not in working condition. 6. Travel desk was not available. For sightseeing they arranged a cab which was reached after 2 hours to pickup. 7.Water heater was not available. 8 . Overall experience is not good.So don't go for the review blindly.

- Hotel room and bathroom is neat & clean. - Just 900 meters away from KSRTC bus stand, Munnar. - Hot water available only from morning 6.30 to 10 and evening 7 to 9.30 only. This is the big issue here. - Further, No room service is available for morning coffee or breakfast. - Overall is good, except that hot water issue & room service.

Hi All, I wanted to share with you my terrible experience at the Lumino high-range hotel. I was surprised to see the 4.4 overall rating on Google! 1. Saw the decent room photos and booked 2 Deluxe rooms with my office team mates, when we arrived, they said no Deluxe room and the reception asked for extra money for an extra bed in a normal room. 2. This is the worst room I have ever seen. Check the room photos and the date recorded in the photo. 3. Unwashed bedsheets/lots of cockroaches / broken window, air was flowing inside / broken walls / No drinking water / lying rude staffs (we can see they are doing this daily) - all in one terrifying experience. 4. We were talking with a few guests, they were facing the same problem. If you are fetup in your life, kindly stay in the hotel, I am sure your problems will look very very small. Thank you Luminos for giving the experience of hell.

Don't ever stay here Reason: 1.we book room for 3 adults for 3000 But they gave only room for 2 adults and they are asking extra 500 for one tored bed 2.smell is too bad in the room 3.pillow is full of dirt 4.no fan Totally too bad if have luck u won't stay here

It dose not have that hipe but it has a decent normal room don't expect more luxury room. There is cockroches at night ,no heat overall it is Normal but it would be nice if could control the insects and add heater in each room because the water is ice and also parking sarvice should be improved

Really Bad experience with this hotel, Booked for 3 night stay for Galaxy room through Make my trip, but due to emergency I need to cancel the trip and requested for cancellation and refund, asking to take one day charge. Even though hotel rejected refund and allocated the rooms to others using my cancel request. Don't choose this hotel as hotel management and Make my trip both partnered to deny my booking cancellation.

Highly Not Recommended Extremely Poor Customer Experience No Parking Facility We had one of the worst experiences at this hotel. The management FAILED TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE PARKING, instructing us to park on the road, which resulted in a FINE due to the nearby GOVERNMENT SCHOOL. Despite promising to reimburse the fine, they reneged on their commitment and BLOCKED OUR CALLS. We specifically requested parking for our three cars before booking, but were told to park on the road. When we asked for reimbursement of the fine, they only provided a quarter of the amount, promising to send the remaining via UPI after 12 pm, knowing we would have checked out by then.

Worst experience ever in any hotel till now.The receptionist was so adamant that he doesn't respond us properly. After arrival,we ordered a cup of tea which was neither serverd nor responded anything about our order.Also we had booked a cab for sightseeing through the hotel which reached the hotel being 2 hrs delayed. The room condition was extremely in bad condition. Overall a very very bad experience in the hotel especially the behavior of the receptionist was completely disgusting.
