I never give review, but this was very unpleasant experience. I stayed with my family members two days. Disappointed after visiting hotel. Online pictures and room pictures are not matching. Very small and unhygienic rooms. No enough space to walk. No cleanliness, changing of bedsheets in two days. Booking was for 4 adults and children 15 yrs and 16 yrs. No extra bed given.

Disappointed Stay Misleading Photos! I booked this hotel based on the beautiful images shown online, but the reality was completely different. The room we were given looked old, poorly maintained, and nothing like the photos advertised. The furniture was worn out, the walls had stains, and the bathroom wasn't clean. It's frustrating when you pay expecting one experience but get something totally different. Definitely not worth the price. Overall it felt like a budget lodge rather than what was shown online. Wouldn't recommend

The room was dirty on arrival--stained sheets, dusty surfaces, and a foul smell coming from the bathroom. Despite raising complaints to the front desk, no real action was taken. The staff was unresponsive and at times even rude. Basic amenities like hot water and working Wi-Fi were either unavailable or barely functional. Noise from neighboring rooms went on all night, and no one seemed to care. It's clear that management is either completely absent or just doesn't care about guest experience. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It's not worth the money, time, or the stress.

1. Hot water was only available for a limited time period. Morning time 7:30 to 10:30 and night 7:30 to 9. I checked in at 3:30 and wanted to had shower as I was driving all the way from Bangalore but they denied to provide hot water.|2. No ventilation in the room, it was like a cave.|3. Hairs were sticked on the fresh bedsheets, when I asked about the washing of the bedsheets the boy was unable to give proper answer. |4. Limited parking area for the personal vehicles of the guests.

I stayed here for 3 nights, when I first went there once they showed me room by watching the cleanliness of room I decided to stay there, I liked the staff behaviour, cleanliness and their hostility. This hotel have their own parking. They provided hot water for drinking.

We stayed here for one night because focusing to stay in main town, staff handling is good but room cleanliness and maintanence was very bad and unhygienic, Bedspreads and towels given was dirty not washed , Bathroom is in very bad condition and smell coming even we closed the bathroom doors but we unable to sleep properly due to bad smell also exhauster fan is not working , we complained them but no response So we vacated as much earlier in morning, according to our room rent it's not worthy, room space and location is fine But very unhygienic for family , We have no option that day very exhausted unable to search that's why we booked randomly,

When we first arrived at this place, our initial impression matched the photos we had seen on goibibo. We were drawn in and booked the room for a steep price of 4200/-inr for just one night. However, upon entering the room, we were immediately disappointed. It felt cramped and too small for two people, with barely any space to walk after placing our luggage down. Exhausted from our journey, we quickly drifted off to sleep. The real drama began in the early morning when we made our way to the bathroom. To our horror, it was completely waterlogged with dirty water and a foul smell emanating from it. We repeatedly called for hotel staff to address the issue, but all they could say was that it would be fine in 10-15 minutes. It seemed as though this was a permanent problem for them. As a result, we ended up being three hours behind schedule due to this delay. They offered us another room that had not been properly cleaned (as evidenced by belongings left behind by the previous night's guest). We quickly used the facilities and left this place as it was an unpleasant and unsatisfactory experience for us. Not only did we not receive clean amenities or a decent room, but we were also harassed by the staff for complaining about the issue. It was truly disappointing for paying customers like us.

Only the Room is Lil bit good but as per the price it's not worthy. 3rd grade breakfast, no water is being supplied in the Room, I personally called the owner Mr. Amal after that I didn't get any water bottles, owner was also telling me some Bull Shitt stories regarding this. Paying 2,500/- per night you see what you are getting no water in Room , 3rd grade breakfast and kitchen closed even if you required tea , you will not get you have to go to the market. I booked for 4 night's and paid full payment as per the system, but unfortunately my son's health was not good having fever with cough and cold and my Doctor suggested to immediately leave Munnar so I informed the Owner Mr. Amal personally that I am checking out immediately so if possible please refund me 1 day amount but he again started telling me stories. I strongly suggest all the travellers not to Book any Hotel's of LUMINO GROUP. They are not committed. Only one House Keeping boy is managing the whole hotel of LUMINO DWELLING. Highly recommend not to book
