The worst hotel in Munnar. Bad smell, tv is not working, bathroom is dirty, staffs are arrogant. Fan is there for name sake. No table. Mirror is damaged. Maintenance is very very poor. Worth for 500rs only. But charging 2500 Rs. Horrible experience

We booked a deluxe room at Jays Inn. It was a great experience staying there. I would highly recommend families who are looking for an affordable stay in a prime location at Munnar. The hotel is not luxurious but it provides every basic amenities. The room and the bathroom were very clean and hygienic. They also have balconies attached to each room. We were also provided with toiletries and mineral water. The only con is, the sound of vehicles throughout the day may hamper your sleep as it is just beside the road. But it is a good budget hotel near Munnar's main market.

I stayed in Hotel Jays Inn at Munnar. Hotel Jays Inn comes under Average Hotel in Munnar. I paid Rs 2500 per day but except room no facility given. Basic need of a Hotel like Hand wash in Bathroom, slipper, Cattle for Hot Water/ Tea Coffee, Door Mat. Receptionists are very rude people. First, they denied Card payment for saving GST when told no cash then told pay Extra 12% GST. Overall not good experience. No Breakfast added. No canteen for food facility is available. If you are going there then first check Room condition. Do not pay full days amount, pay one by one, if want to change then you can change. No positive vibes inside the Hotel. Very Bad Experience in Hotel Jays Inn. There are so many Good Hotel in Munnar, starting from Rs. 3500, go there only.

This hotel is located in market area. It's easy to get transport from here. Room was big enough, clean and tidy. They have a small balcony where you can enjoy outside misty view. Only problem is that they don't have lift.

Room was v small with unpleasant smell, Ash tray which was not cleaned, Bad blanket, floor was sticky and old kind fungal room. The only positive was staff was cooperative, got room in last minutes and mkt is accessible through their inhouse floor.

This hotel is in market area ,, location ways it's very good.But rooms are not up to the mark.

It was very bad experience. Night duty manager Shri Vijay was very arrogant and non cooperative. No accessories were provided. Not properly sanitized. Better look for other good options.

Badly maintained. Bath room very bad. Very bad experience from the check in time itself. Very rude staff. Intercom not working No room service available.
