The bed and the pillow was very comfy, the room had a great size and the cost was affordable. The services were excellent and all the staff members were really friendly. Hot water was there while taking bath in this cold temperature. A wonderful experience I will surely visit it again.

Room were neat and Housekeeping doing a great job. ||Buffet breakfast was good ||Dinner menu needs to be looked in, we have ordered chilli chicken but it was not fresh other wise all good. .||Thank you very much ||Please remove this min 200 characters its a pain ,

Very good hotel with good view of hills and good hospitality. good food clean rooms. Near to town and near to all sightseeing spots good service with all the facilities and near to parks and gardens near market it has restuarant and complimetry breakfast served un limited over all | Good staff too.

Rooms all are good.|Friendly staff. Thanks to George, kiran, mansur, menuka, .|The breakfast is buffet. We liked their thattu dosa. The coconut chutney is very authentic.|Very much excited to visit munnar|Botanical garden programs like dj is so nice.

Last four days we stayed in this hotel, it was also stay, enjoyed our stay, the food was delicious, all staffs are very helpful and supportive..especially Mansur Ali , Manager he was so supportive. Jeff we will come back. Rooms we have good view

Great stay, staff was very nice and helpful everything was good and at its place. Anyone coming to Munnar can stay here for a right experience. ||Staff, food, hygiene and supply for water and electricity was fine.||No cons staff really helped us for taking a tour of the city as well
