Hotel Emerald Inn

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in any hotel!||Upon arrival, we noticed that the room was on the minus third floor under the ground; a hell, unreachable to sunlight!|The advertisements displayed a room which had no resemblance to the one we were given.||The rooms were incredibly small and allowed no mobility, nor space even to keep our belongings. Moreover, the billboard outside flaunted its elevator services but there was no elevator, going to this minus third floor, our room was in. Using stairs was problematic due to my knee issues but no resolution was given.|Our room was filthy. Looks like they never wash bedsheets, making them smell disgusting, also they had massive holes in blankets provided. The pillows were smelly and one of them had dozens of dirty short hair sticking on it. Our bathroom smelt like a dead rat. Infact, the whole room had a musty smell.||Staff seemed completely uninterested in addressing the issues and offered no apology. When we tried to tell them about the issues, we were neither given a better suite, nor was a refund offered.||I assume all positive google reviews are either fake or manipulated.||Avoid this place at all costs!

Hotel Emerald Inn is close to town, which is the only good thing. The room and bed were dirty, with stained mattresses. The bathroom was unhygienic, and the mirror was broken. No fans in room. Room is worth for some 800rs.Not more than that.

Location is good. But the room was in basement and no view through the window. Also cusion covers, towels and bedsheets were very old and look dirty even after dry cleaned. Rest is good

Hotel is nice rooms are also nice but suite room is not worth 4,800 |Shortage of amenities , room has not have enough light |Washroom amenities are not there, like shaving kit toilet paper |Bed sheet is short and hidden with blanket pillow cover is too old |But room service is good the boy & lady was helpful & friendly food is 7/10 |Balcony view is awesome from suite room.||This suite room has to be worth between 2500-3000. |Let's see tomorrow premium room worth 3200

Best accommodation in Munnar. when I approached for room Anitha welcomed us with warm smile and genuine help of course affordable price for family of 4. Definitely would recommend this place for families. Will come again to enjoy this place and their hospitality.

Great service but not ideal for a long stay, just a quick resting place.

I recently stayed at and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Firstly, the cleanliness of the room was below standard. The sheets had stains, and the bathroom had not been properly cleaned. Additionally, there were maintenance issues such as a broken door which made my stay uncomfortable. The service was also lacking. The staff were unresponsive to requests and seemed indifferent to the guests' needs. On one occasion, I waited over an hour for room service, which was unacceptable. These issues significantly impacted my stay, making it difficult to relax and enjoy my trip. I would recommend that the hotel management take immediate action to address these concerns, particularly in improving cleanliness standards and staff training. Overall, I cannot recommend based on my recent experience. I hope the management will make the necessary improvements for the benefits

I stayed at this property hotel Emerald Inn with my family for two days. I had a very nice stay experience here and the staff members are very polite and supportive. This property is very near to munnar town. Highly recommended place for staying if you are visiting Munnar with Family.
