The rooms in the hotel was luxurious. When we heard that there was no air conditioner in our room, we thought that the room will be hot but when we entered it, we realised that it was the perfect temperature for us. The hotel was on a hill so we saw a great view. There was various varieties of food at breakfast. We could see the tea garden clearly visible from our hotel. They also had a swing. The hotel was super extraordinary.

The rooms were okay and reviews are nice, but food and quality is bad. For example, the bathroom door has a translucent window in it in the front of the door. It's like nearly seeable and the electronics and other things are pretty old. The food was medium, so I hated it. and there was power cuts for every 20 to 30 minutes And it happened. Frequently has per one hour.

We spent two nights at this hotel and were happy with the service. Their prime central location is perfect for exploring the hill station's important view points and getting back without much hassle. Their restaurant did not have all the items in the menu but otherwise it was good. We enjoyed their breakfast buffet as well and their car wash service was really helpful.

This is supposed to be a 1 star hotel instead of being listed as a 3 star. The room was fine but their customer service was very pathetic. Looks like most of the positive reviews were posted by them. There was no room service and we had to transfer our luggages on our own to the 2nd floor. The receptionist was fighting with one of the other customers in front of us due to an issue with restaurant service. Their restaurant service was worse to the core. We have opted for Room + breakfast option. Morning breakfast timing was from 8 to 10 AM but even at 9 you will not have any dishes available in the restaurant. No one knows the basic etiquette to respond properly and you will hear a rude response most of the time. We waited for 45 mins and tasted only two items from the buffet menu since those were only available. I have seen some of the reviews where people mentioned that they are taking 1 hr to serve your ordered food, it is 100% true. These guys should close their restaurant service and run only the lodging option if they don't know how to run. Pls avoid booking at this hotel and even if you prefer, book without opting for the breakfast option.

The hotel is located nearby Munnar town adjacent to tea museum.. The rooms are excellent especially the tea estate view room. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast had good options.. A special thanks to Reshmi ma'am, who was always approachable.

We stayed in hotel for 2 nights and it was pleasant and comfortable stay. It's bit away from main market but we were having taxi so no worries. Rooms are spacious with basic amenities, but room doesn't have air conditioning to maintain stable temperature. In Dec outside temp drops near 8-10 degrees then room gets cold so be careful. Room balcony door has big gap which causes this problem. Management should look into this. Room has 24 hours hot water supply with free 2 bottles of drinking water and tea/coffee with hot water kettle. Room has tea garden view which is nice with birds chirping. Toilet is clean with toilet roll. For bathroom shampoo and bath soap and dental kit. Dinner is A la cart with various options Breakfast is buffet with 5-6 options including bread. Front desk is supportive and responsive.

"Wonderful Stay!" I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast and dinner buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options, The dining area was clean and well-organized, and the service was impeccable. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay here... room was clean, comfy and with all the amenities... would recommend taking a room with tea estate view... we really enjoyed that view from balcony.... Would have given all 5 stars but the food we ordered was not worth it...
