Haze and Kites Resort - Kondody Hotels

This is a beautiful property set on a hilltop with amazing views and tucked away from hustles and bustles of a typical hill station. Booked a sunset view cottage which had an awesome valley view. |Room - amazing view, clean, fully operational jacuzzi, could do with a better bed|Property - property is good and well maintained. Infinity pool overlooking the hills is amazing. Greenery and birds around. |Food - food is fresh and wholesome. the only thing is you need to order in advance so that they make it fresh. Some more variety can add to the food experience. |Service - this is where i think the hotel is amazing. Excellent service by all the staff who are always attentive to greet and help you. They ensured that my kids were well looked after. Special kudos to rahul, sam and the front office staff who took great care of us. Thatookody was a great experience.

We recently stayed at Haze and Kites, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The resort offered beautiful views and a kids' park, which was a great plus. The dining area was also good, serving delicious food. However, there were some areas for improvement. The lobby was quite small, and the check-in process could have been more efficient. We arrived at 2:30 PM, slightly after the 2 PM check-in time, and were initially told the room wouldn't be ready for an hour. But thanks to the staff's efforts, we got our room within five minutes. Welcome drinks offered.The room itself was nice, with beautiful views of the garden and a lovely balcony. While it wasn't luxurious, it was comfortable. The dinner buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of tasty dishes. We enjoyed our stay at Haze and Kites, a better-managed check-in process would have enhanced our experience. Valet Parking was available, which was a plus. Despite some minor issues, we'd recommend this resort to family and friends.

The view from the pool is breathtaking.Friendly and helpful staff. The food in the restaurant is also fab. Quiet and serene place. The road to the resort is very narrow but there's ample parking space. The sunrise walk was mesmerising. There's no lift in the property so elderly may have issue climbing stairs. My lo thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

An amazing property nestled in the lap of nature. Extremely lush green surrounding makes it more fascinating. The cottages/ Villas are well curated keeping the need of the users. The colour of water in the pool resembles that of the colour of rivers and other water bodies of Kerala. Only the location is a bit remote. A must visit property in case someone planning to visit Munnar.

Well the resort is very beautiful over a hill top lovely views. We booked the honeymoon cottage the room was very big and well maintained. The balcony had nice view of the valley. The infinity pool was great had a lovely time here would recommend everyone 2 days here at least. However nights can be scary . I hope they add more activities as well
