Green Ridge Munnar

I had a wonderful stay at Green Ridge! The staff was so helpful and friendly, always making sure that it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the room service was prompt and efficient, making the stay quite and comfortable. The biggest advantage is that this property is near to munnar town and has restaurants and supermarkets near by. Green Ridge is well-suited for travelers who seek complete serenity along with flawless service and splendid views. Really recommended!

Located in Munnar town, the rooms are good . The staff was very welcoming and had polite behaviour. They also give directions to nearby tourist attractions. There is a common place to make coffee according to our needs on every floor.Hot water was available. Balcony was there, but no particular views because of nearby hotels. A bottle of water, soaps, shampoo, towels, mini fridge, etc were provided. Extra bed is provided at the cost of 700 . Maximum 3 people are allowed in a double room. Rooms were great , but some of the lightings were not working. Parking was tight, but the security guy was very helpful. If you just listen to him, you can park the vehicle without any ease. Breakfast is included. It is buffet style and very tasty food was provided. The staff was managing the restaurant efficiently.

Honestly, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we've had. The receptionist was very arrogant and showed no basic manners while talking to guests. On top of that, the overall service was horrible--poor response, no proper assistance, and zero hospitality. I regret choosing this hotel and wouldn't suggest it to anyone. WARNING! Please think twice before booking this hotel. The receptionist's attitude was unacceptable and very disrespectful. The service quality is far below average and doesn't meet even basic standards. Our entire stay was a disaster because of their poor behavior and careless approach. I highly discourage anyone from staying here.

The food they offer is delicious. However, a servant working at that hotel upset my father and me (locals). We went to collect a parcel, but he did not treat us well; he gave preference to other guests (tourists). But anyway, many other workers respected us and offered us a seat..

Iam Rajagopalan we have taken 2 rooms numbers 203& 204 for 11& 12 May 2025. In room 204 bathroom light is very very less when compared to Room 203. No one can do shaving etc with that light. Requested them repeatedly but NOT CHANGED. Night team says Day time team has to change it. But no one changes. For 12 W build costing maximum Rs 100 they are not ready to change. Very irresponsible people. Iam a senior citizen at an age of 76 even that they are not considering. Very bad behavior of room boy. TV remote was not available at room. After repeated requested provided. Don't ever take room at this hotel. Services and behaviour of especially the night shift is very very poor.

Well maintained rooms and service. Such a great place in the heart of Munnar town. Definitely worth staying when coming to Munnar with family or even solo. Food is also top notch.

Very Arrogant people. Not even basic needs is fulfilled. We were suffered with kids . Charging More .Ladies is not safe and behaviour is not Good .
