Green Land Residency

I saw inferior service on 10 May 2025. The surrounding area was very dirty, and the balcony view was very poor. Room hygiene not upstandared and bed was sinking of cigarettes smell. I'm the name of drinking water they provide you cloth washing fillet water. . Wifi was down till I check out any complain they Dont want to fix just busy making money. When you want to sleep at night due to vehicle sound I can't sleep. Hotel rent is 4000 per night rate is like sky

Disgusting experience. Rooms are ok but taps are broken, water heater hardly works, dirty pillows. Services are bad, no towels provided, wifi doesn't work. Not worth the money

We were allocated ground-floor rooms, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing: Too expensive: The cost was not justified by the quality. Uncomfortable beds: The beds were not good at all. Unpleasant odor: The room had a bad smell. Nearby drainage: There is drainage flowing beside the room, causing an unpleasant smell throughout the day. Poor washrooms: The washrooms were not up to the mark. Broken window glass: The washroom window had broken glass, making it possible for people inside to be visible from the outside. Overall, the stay was quite uncomfortable due to these issues.

I had a very disappointing experience staying here. The rooms resemble bunkers and have a very unpleasant smell due to a drainage line passing beside the room. Additionally, used water from the washroom falls like a waterfall from the building pipes. Considering the poor conditions, the cost of 6000 INR for a bunker is nothing short of extortion for travelers.

Stayed in the Junior Suite Room at the top. The View was excellent and good proximity to nearby attractions. It was a pleasant experience to watch fog get inside the room via the balcony and windows.

Rooms are average not very well maintained, Gas water heater fitted but no guarantee that one will get hot water always,Power backup available.Not recommending this to anyone unless you don't get any other hotel in that area. There is no room service and facilities are minimal. There is no proper wifi facility as they advertise on many popular booking sites.

No hygiene place to stay.Bed cover and pillow not clean.. rentvus very high.No hot water no food service near by.

Very bad, no soap, towel.. Even they won't provide water, poor hygiene
