I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The property is beautiful, with a breathtaking view overlooking Munnar's lush tea valleys--truly serene and rejuvenating. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. I'd especially like to thank Bharath, whose honesty and professionalism truly stood out. He went out of his way to locate and return my watch, and I'm deeply grateful for his prompt assistance and integrity. It's rare to encounter such genuine care and responsibility. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway with outstanding service and trustworthy hospitality.

The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with a lovely view of the surrounding landscape. However, the washrooms were a letdown. Despite being clean, they had a strong, unpleasant odor that was quite bothersome. On the bright side, the food served at the resort was excellent. The buffet spread was impressive, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The quality of the food was top-notch, and I enjoyed every meal. The buffet prices were reasonable, at 400 per person for all three meals - breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Overall, I'd recommend the Grand Valley Resort to those looking for a peaceful stay in Munnar, but with the caveat that the washrooms need some attention. We had a wonderful two-night stay at the resort with our family. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing break. A special mention to Mr. Rocky, the General Manager, who was incredibly hospitable and ensured everything was seamless during our stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The resort was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. We left with great memories and would love to visit again!

Peaceful stay.Enjoyed a lot. We had attended for a meeting. 250 members attended the meeting. Lawn is spacious.Campfire is excellent. Swimming pool is neat and clean. General Manager Mr.Rocky organised well.
