Grand Plaza Munnar

Booked a family room for 5 nights. The rooms were very spacious and we had interconnected rooms so that the kids could sleep while the others watched TV. The buffet breakfast and dinner were elaborate taking care of all age groups. The dining area staff served with a smile. The house keeping staff were thorough in their job. I was very impressed with the attention to detail provided in this hotel... It even had potted plants in the room. Thankyou for kudos for a job well done.

My stay was truly pleasant! The buffet breakfast was absolutely awesome, though the ambience-view room felt a bit small. The staff were exceptionally friendly--special thanks to Sowmya and Sitara and Mahalakshmi aunty for their invaluable help. The 'pay-for-use' bonfire was enjoyable, but the one-hour time limit felt a little short. A big shout-out to the watchman uncle, room service, and bonfire staff for being incredibly helpful and friendly. The ample parking lot was a great convenience. I'm looking forward to coming back again!

We stay 3 days in Hotel. Really great place for stay and worth for many. Room are clean and spacious. Staff are polite and ready for help. The main thing is food. We had opted Breakfast and dinner. Have lots of food variety south Indian North Indian, Veg and Non- veg, food is tasty and delicious. Out site you can not get your choice of food. will recomend for stay for family.

Had a pleasant stay with family. Located close to town and easily accessible. Very neat and tidy room and washroom. Good view of lake and walkway. Staff service was very good.

Rooms are so congested. All the staffs are so kind and welcoming except one (That girl threatened us to put review and her behaviour was very rude and unprofessional). Teach her to be hospitable so that u can get a lot of good reviews and customers to stay at your place each time they visit munnar.LoL. This is a special request to the hotel management.

Food is good, rooms are good mainly need to highlight is the service from the hotel. Everything is good we really enjoyed the food here. They have both South and North food available. So no need to bother for food at all. For kids they provide soft food hot water for room. Even they provided room heater. Everyone is very supportive as your requirement. We recommend this hotel for everyone.
