I had a wonderful stay at Eden Holidays Inn. The room was very nice--clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a relaxing place to unwind. The staff were courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The in-house restaurant was also impressive, serving delicious food with good variety. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay!

This was wonderful experience in munnar,the room was very neat and clean ,I stayed in river side room it was very nice. Anyone want to relax and enjoy please come to this hotel, restaurant foods was very nice..

I came with my family to munnar , the rooms are very clean and luxurious ,and worth for the price. The staffs are very responsive and food was vert good . The location were also very pleasant, and very desirable.

The accommodation and food were top-notch, easily deserving a 5-star rating. The rooms were clean, and the bathrooms were well-maintained. For anyone looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable stay, this place is perfect. The staff was always available, friendly, and very accommodating, ensuring our large group felt at home. One of the highlights was the campfire evening - they set it up beautifully with great sound equipment, making it an unforgettable night. Overall, I highly recommend this homestay for anyone planning a group trip or looking for a cozy, affordable place to stay in Munnar. It was a memorable experience for all of us!

Easy to locate,accurate guidance,ample car parking space,friendly staff,deep clean rooms and excellent hot water supply for showers.Room service is good.you might think that rooms are overpriced but they are value for money once you checkout other cottages and rooms in the area(which I did and Eden holidays are reasonable) Over it was a pleasant experience.

I visited Munnar for my IV trip. Eden Holidays offered good room facilities, including parking, Wi-Fi, 24/7 hot water, a restaurant, and a campfire. Overall, my experience was good.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with our recent stay at Edan Holidays in Munnar. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the hotel staff's unprofessional behavior and inflexible policies. From the moment we checked in, we encountered issues with our room allocation. The staff seemed disorganized and uninformed, and we were asked to change rooms multiple times without any valid reason or prior notice. This was not only inconvenient but also disrupted our plans and relaxation time. We felt like we were being treated as an inconvenience rather than valued guests. I would not recommend Edan Holidays to anyone. The hotel's management needs to take serious steps to address the issues with their staff's behavior and customer service. *Recommendation:* Avoid this hotel until they improve their customer service and staff behavior.
