From the initial warm welcome to the final goodbye, this place was simply first class! The rooms were spacious, and the shower was great, hot water all the time. The food in the dining room was divine! Freshly prepared and very professional, courteous and patient staff who served. Every member of staff we met was so friendly and helpful. Hotel a 10 minute walk to the town and it was a very quiet area.

I had an excellent stay at Bell Mount Hotel, Munnar. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and warm hospitality. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all essential amenities, ensuring a relaxing experience amidst the beautiful hill station. The in-house restaurant deserves special praise for its delicious and diverse menu, catering to a variety of tastes. The freshly prepared dishes, especially the traditional Kerala cuisine, were a treat to my taste buds. A special mention goes to Mr. Nayar, who exemplified exceptional service and friendliness. His helpful nature and local knowledge added immense value to my stay. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. I highly recommend Bell Mount Hotel for anyone visiting Munnar and looking for a comfortable and delightful stay with fantastic food and outstanding service.

Overall average hotel though they are claiming as 3 star. Hotel is in Noisy location and middle of traffic road and could not sleep. Hotel is in front of church and the bell sound for each hour will increase the disturbance. Not suitable for calm and peaceful trip. Food is average taste. Did not see any smily face of staffs.

Close to the town bt quiet too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean , hot water always available. Decent breakfast too. Budget friendly too.

Location is right at the middle of the city next to CSI church. Rooms are very clean and maintained. The service is excellent and staffs are very gentle behaviour. We enjoyed our stay here. Roaming around the streets felt safe at 10pm as well. Highly recommended for families.

Th Hotel service was excellent, especially the staff was very supportive and attended to our needs immediately. The rooms, other areas of the hotel was very clean, especially washrooms were modern and kept clean. Overall it is a best place to stay either with family or friends.

Parking is a huge problem here. They have no staff to manage parking. We stayed there for 2 days on both days we had to wait for our car to get out of the parking for 25-30 mins. They have no parking slots and hence they just ask you to put your car wherever the slot is available. We had to park our car at the end of a slope as requested by hotel management and then 5 more cars parked ahead of us. Later, when we asked the management to clear the way for us they blamed us that why did you parked at the end. The staff is very rude and have no sense of talking. Rooms are just fine but the food is not good. Also, wifi keeps disconnecting.

I had a fantastic stay at BELL MOUNT Hotel! The staff were welcoming and attentive, the rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, and the housekeeping was excellent. The dining options were delicious, and the overall experience was exceptional. Highly recommend for a memorable stay! And Mr Nair deserves 5 he's a good man as well
