We had an amazing stay!|The location is superb with an awesome view point right on the resort premises. Don't miss it!|Private parking available. |The rooms are very cozy with a cool mountain view. Our room was fully equipped with amenities and had a terrific shower! Bathroom kit is also available.|The restaurant has a wonderful view and offers delicious food. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner right there.|The receptionists are simply amazing. They satisfied all our requests, gave us local travel tips and treated with great care.|An ayurvedic spa is also available but we didn't book their services.|The only negative point is that the building does not have an elevator.

The location of Copoer Castle is absolutely stunning. High up in the mountains of Munnar overlooking the tea plantations. |For a three star hotel, it is excellent value for money. Rooms are clean (bathrooms are slightly tired). But what it loses in its slight shabbiness, it gains in views and friendly staff. Each room has a balcony, but beware, they are often occupied by monkeys. |The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant manager even came to check on me when I didn't eat my dinner. |The room service menu is excellent and the service is extremely quick. |The only downside is that the hotel does not have a bar or a communal sitting area to meet up with friends in the evening and the town is slightly inaccessible at night. Too far to walk, and difficult to get a Tuk Tuk. |We had a lovely stay and a fabulous visit to a tea plantation.

Nice hotel in the vicinity of munnar. If you travel with family and you have kids. This place would definitely provide you with multiple options to enjoy. Camp fire, playing area etc make your night much more exciting after returning from day activities.

Good food.. Warm hospitality... Neatly maintained property.... Highly recommendable.... Well maintained rooms, lobby, and meeting hall. Served breakfast , lunch and dinner on time. Maintained Great Professional Ethics... Family, groups will enjoy the nature

It was excellent experience and nice stay with my family. Every staffs are very humble and polite. The best part we can enjoy the view from the hotel is absolutely awesome.

Great resort with clean and nice rooms with a good view, friendly staff and good parking and food, only challenge is no lift you need to take staircase, it has 4 floors, rest all great here, we had a great time of 4 days stay

Excellent Service, with Endearing . Staff was very humble and they take care very well. I will advice to try this atleast once if you are planing Munnar trip with Family/Friends/ or business trip.I was there for three days with my team we enjoyed every moment. 5/5 rating from my side
