Tea Valley Resort

Our experience was positive, with the room's view being a particular highlight. It's an excellent choice for couples and a suitable option for families. The food quality is high, the staff are courteous and helpful, and the lush greenery enhances the overall experience. We recommend it for couples and consider it a decent option for families.

You can enjoy a relaxing vacation at this resort with your family. They provide good service for the price range. The in-house restaurant offers delicious food, though the prices are slightly high. Take in the beautiful morning and evening views, and enjoy the night campfire. There's plenty of fun for children as well. The only drawback is that the rooms are quite far, requiring a lot of walking.

location and property amenities are superb. they have a tea estate where you can have a walk and click nice photos. there is a small treck uphill to their in house viewpoint for sunrise which is worth it. lot of Flora and spacious rooms. however bathrooms need upgrade. often insects/ frogs can be seen, its dimly lit. food is good and the road to resort itself is an adventure.

Located on a hill and provides excellent view of valley. Good food for kids, less spices. Every night they put on campfire. Overall a very refreshing place.

If you are a fan of nature and want to get a break from a busy life waking up with birds chirping on your balcony just book this resort. Although this does bring some cons like insects that might be visible in your room and washroom. Overall a good experience. The pool is good but again needs maintenance. The top floor rooms are more spacious as compared to ground floor but all have a valley view of the tea estate. The last 2 km drive to the resort is quiet adventurous and only a trained professional driver can drive well on that valley. As the tea estate is private property no maintenance of roads. The wifi keeps on disconnecting, jio and airtel have very low coverage. The best part of the resort is unlimited buffet food in breakfast that has a decent spread as well as dinner. It's got a good variety of North Indian south indian and some continental cuisine as well. Overall a good stay.

Location of resort is not easily accessible, but since it is hilly area things can be managed. Roads is very narrow to reach. Rooms are good ambiance is also great with valley view. Lunch/Dinner/ Breakfast not advisable. Food quality is substandard.

The 3 star rating is just for the view. Staff were friendly. The rooms were nothing like a four star resort. Wornout sheets, with threads coming out. Dirty curtains, broken blinds, cheap soap, and dangerous road to reach that place. Our driver was doing 7 rpm speed, and if there was any vehicle approach from the opposite, we would start our prayers. Will never go back to this resort.

One of the best nature resorts I have seen till date. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The view of the tea valley is mind-blowing. The food is also very good. We tried the kerala biryani and it was too good. The only problem is the approach road which is a bit tricky(two wheelers a strict no on this road). The staff was very cooperative and helpful. The only feedback I would give is include a complimentary breakfast(limited menu). We even planned to extend our stay there by a day
