Blackberry Hills Munnar Nature Resort & Spa

I stayed for two nights at Blackberry Hills in Munnar with my husband and we had an amazing time. This resort is truly a gem. Everything was top-notch: from their warm hospitality and well-appointed rooms to the delicious food at their restaurant and the wide range of in-house activities.||Every part of the property is a sight to behold. After a five-hour drive, we were welcomed warmly by the manager, Mr. Ranjit and the entire front desk team. We really enjoyed chatting with each and every one of them. The service felt very personal and thoughtful.||The highlights of our stay were the cozy campfire at night, the refreshing morning yoga class and the scenic Lakshmi Hill trek. We will definitely return someday!

Stayed in room 303 (garden view) with 2 of my friends from April 3 to 6. The staffs were welcoming (Robin and few others). Their restaurant food was very good except the coffee. We had our breakfast and dinner at their restaurant. The toiletries worth a mention, the soap and shampoo had an aromatic ayurvedic flavour that was refreshing. The view down the hill was very good. Once the infinity pool and lower deck work are complete, it would add more Color.

Blackberry hills is at excellent location, rooms are large, neat and clean. Very helpful front desk and staff. Nice smiling faces make your day. Food is very good, less options for vegetarians though. They arranged all the local tours including treks, which we loved a lot. Overall we had an amazing stay and would recommend the same.

Hospitality was good But v had to trek literally to get to the room If you forget to close window or balcony door,be prepared to host a lot of insects. When I informed in the front desk,no action was taken Lighting inside room was quite dim, they could install few tubelights I accidentally spilled a bit of coffee in the bedsheet They charged 850 rs for that, which i don't think is fair... Overall okish...

We had been there on the recommendation of a friend. For one night. The room had a beautiful view of the valley. It was spacious, neat and super comfortable. Lunch and dinner was a la carte. Breakfast was buffet. Food was tasty and fresh. The front office staff are always smiling and helpful. For me, the most memorable part was waking up early morning, sitting in the balcony, seeing the sunrise and hearing just the birds.

|Blackberry Resort in Munnar offered a truly magical escape! This nature-themed gem boasts breathtaking views and a wonderfully calming atmosphere. Waking up to the misty mountains and vibrant greenery was a treat. Bird watchers will be thrilled by the diverse birdlife, easily spotted even from the balcony - keep an eye out for the pair of eagles soaring near the sunrise point between 9 and 10 am. Beyond the stunning location, the staff truly made our stay exceptional. The restaurant offered delicious food and impeccable service from a warm and attentive team. We were particularly impressed by Brinto and his reception team, always ready to assist with a smile, and Renjit, the knowledgeable Ops Manager whose recommendations were invaluable. A special mention must go to Head Chef Randhir Singh and his team, who went above and beyond to care for our child by preparing special meals while he was unwell - their kindness was truly remarkable. Blackberry Resort is a haven of tranquility with stunning beauty and, most importantly, a team that genuinely cares. We wholeheartedly recommend it and eagerly anticipate our return!

The resort was absolutely wonderful, offering a stunning scenic view right from the window. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent. Above all, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful -- they provided us with all the necessary information and even guided us around the nearby viewpoints around the resort. Thank you Mr. Brinto and all the other staff there. We will definitely visit again

While surfing for options online, we happened to see this. Based on the reviews and few photos, especially of foreigners being guests, we thought we will give a try. After visiting and spending 4 days and 3 nights there, we were mighty impressed with BB hills. Be it the property, the politeness of staff, excellent scenic view within the resort premises of the township beneath, the quality of food offering in the hornbill restaurant, the aroma of the toiletries provided in the room... the list goes on... Its a must visit place be it with family or friends and we bet if you visit once, your mind will yearn for visiting them again for sure! Just go for it. P.S : Since they don't have liquor license, no permit room is available but we are allowed to carry our own drinks and have fun quietly and calmly, amidst the serenity of nature.
