Ayur Mount Resort & Spa

we stayed in this resort for two days.The location of the resort is enriched with natural beauty.we experienced the whistling sounds of rare birds. food was reasonably good.al l the staff and Manager Madhu were extremely helpful.The road leading to the resort has to be improved.

I liked the property for its location and staff. You can have a peaceful stay with great ambiance. The breakfast options must be improved, otherwise food tastes are delicious.

Avoid this property even for free of cost. Bedsheets had red stains. Furniture were broken with loose glass pieces. Musky, smelly and mould on all ceilings. We all became ill on day 1 itself. Bathroom drain was clogged with hairs and broken glass pieces. Booking this hotel spoiled our two days of Munnar travel. Loud music even until 1 am at night. Avoid at all cost!

It's was a 5 minute walk from our hotel! Nice people but we expected a bit more from the massage. we booked a duo massage + facial of 90 minutes. we missed the general atmosphere. The room was cold and no atmospheric music.

The food at the resort was amazing, with a wide range of options to suit all tastes. Overall, I would highly recommend Ayur mount to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. The resort's beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, and outstanding staff make it the perfect destination for a wonderful vacation.

While the location of the resort is in a calm and serene area, the overall experience was disappointing. 1. Rooms: The rooms were smelly, and I encountered cockroaches and other insects, which was unpleasant. The bed itself had a foul smell, making it difficult to rest comfortably. 2. Cleanliness: Cleanliness was clearly lacking, which significantly impacted the stay. 3. Dining: The dinner was subpar and far from enjoyable. 4. Misleading Images: The images shown on the website appear to be from the time of the inauguration and do not represent the current state of the property. This feels misleading. 5. Connectivity: There is no signal for Jio or BSNL, which can be an inconvenience. While Wi-Fi is available, it may not completely compensate for poor network coverage. 6. Overall Comfort: I could not sleep peacefully due to the conditions, which defeats the purpose of staying in a resort meant for relaxation. Recommendation: If cleanliness and comfort are your priorities, you may want to consider other options. This property requires significant improvements to meet basic hospitality standards.

The maintenance of the rooms was inadequate. Our cottage, along with a couple of others, had no power for the entire night, while the rest of the cottages had electricity. Despite requesting drinking water, it was never provided. The building seems to be over 20 years old, with damaged and hanging cupboards, and the walls showed signs of water leakage. At night, animals were running on the roof, causing a lot of noise, which disturbed my baby's sleep. Additionally, there is no mobile network in the area, and the Wi-Fi they offer is extremely slow, with speeds under 1 Mbps. This place may be suitable for bachelors looking for a quick stop, but it is not ideal for families.

The resort exceeded all expectations with its stunning scenery, impeccable service, and luxurious accommodations and the best thing was the the food which was divine. Actually it is a hidden gem Thank you ayur mount team for your heartfelt service
