Friendly Staff: Warm and attentive service throughout the stay. Infinity Pool: Offers a great view and adds a luxurious touch. Good Food: Overall satisfying dining experience. Bonfire Experience: A cozy and enjoyable way to spend evenings, especially in the cool weather. Negative Points: =============== Remote Location: A bit far from Munnar town and popular tourist spots. Limited In-Resort Activities: Not many options for entertainment if staying multiple days. Slightly Expensive: Priced higher compared to some other options in the area.

We were blown away by their hospitality. People who are averse to new cuisines might be surprised by their buffet but, honestly, that's the only non-impressive part of their fine establishment. Even though it's a bit further away from Munnar than one would like, the drive there is an attraction in itself. The view from their rooms we're breathtakingly mesmerising. The premises are well-maintained. Room service is prompt. 4.77/5. Would visit again.

I wanted to thank the staff who were very helpful. My EV car ran out of charge and I was barely ande to get my car to the charging unit in the hotel. They obliged my request to charge even though I was not staying here. They even offered to arrange a drop to my hotel which was in another town. The staff was very kind and courteous. Thanks again for the timely help!

This was a disappointment. I don't understand all the glowing reviews that led me to book this hotel. |Firstly, the rooms themselves are of a very poor standard. They are very damp, to the point that my clothes and bedsheets were damp leading to both very cold sleeping conditions and a terrible smell. There was mold on the walls and in the bathroom which is not sanitary. ||it was locate a good 1 - 1.5hrs from munnar town and that meant I lost valuable time touring the area - although I will say it is a scenic drive. Breakfast is served late, starting at 8 and given we had to leave early because of the distance we skipped it altogether. I was offered a packed breakfast but that never materialized. ||Finally the facilities for drivers are very poor, unfortunately i booked the hotel before i booked the driver and so he just had to live with it. So if you a booking a multi day trip with a driver this is not a good option, consider other options. ||The evening meal was good so that's why I including two stars, although I did have to pay a separate charge for that upon check out. Also we were served warm water with dinner. While I appreciate it was boiled for cleanliness I wish it had been chilled at least.

The views were gorgeous and the pool a nice luxury but this place really wasn't what we expected to find. Some constructive feedback for the hotel: - the food is low quality and not very fresh- better not to reheat the same food - you need to provide guests with more towels and clean them better (we found bugs on our pool towel) - the sheets need to be replaced (they were old and had holes in them) - the pool needs cleaning daily - please provide fridges, hairdryers and heaters for guests as these are basics necessities - while the location is peaceful, the walls are very thin and it was sometimes hard to sleep at night because of dogs, geese, and people checking in to the property - our phone was broken and we had to ask three times for it to be fixed- and while it was nice to have bottled water, the bottles were dirty and we had to ask several times for them to be re-filled.

I recently spent 2 nights at this hotel and had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, and responsive to my needs. They made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Good value for the price!

Shola Crown is a nice place to stay in the heart of an amazing landscape with beautiful morning sounds of nature. Flowers across the territory. Rooms are comfortable,staff is very friendly( David,Faisal,Chef Jiten), Front office manager David is a client-oriented and helpful person. The maintenance of the property is poor: no tv programs, room cleaning only upon request, not pleasant smell in the bathroom . Please add some pleasant scent to your washing liquid to give some freshness to your bedsheets and keep them dry enough. As for the restaurant,the food was tasty. Overall it was good but improvement is needed. Thank you.

Breathtaking views and the infinity pool is clean and makes for a refreshing swim and a relaxing place to unwind. However an honest review is needed as too many of the reviews do not mention : shabby rooms (see photos), thin walls, located a very long way from anything, no fridge, no hairdryer, main light switches tucked behind the curtains and no bedside light or way of turning out lights without getting out of bed. Opaque windows instead of walls so no proper blackout at night. Whilst staff were very polite and helpful they had to be called upon too often as many things were not right. This place could be so much better with a good renovation but until then it is a far cry from a 4* hotel.
