Pine Tree Munnar

I stayed there for 2 nights. Reason for 5 star is staff friendliness. They are amazing. My travel agent booked deluxe room. Hotel is in outskirts of Munnar Room were alright and clean. However, washroom had some issues. Like washbasin was not fitted properly and wifi is very slow. I raised issue about the washroom and my room was changed and upgraded to a bigger room next day. Staff is very courteous and friendly. They are very helping. Food is good at hotel. Many options in breakfast buffet. The 2nd night I was told about dinner buffet for a very decent price. I booked it. I enjoyed my stay. Pros: clean rooms, good friendly staff, good food. Cons: slow wifi and city is a little far from hotel as it's in outskirts.

Rooms were nice and the staff was friendly. But when we were staying the restaurant was only available on live counter basis and the food was not at all great. It was all oily and tasteless and the price charged for that is ridiculous. But they do allow outside food so its alright.

Worst place!! The property is located outskirts of Munnar, almost isolated place. Services are very pathetic, do not entertain if you order food from outside the hotel. Do not even give plates and spoon which is basic service of any hotel. No lock on the washroom doors.. very rude staff. i may not recommend anyone to visit this property.

Very good place , very neat and clean , child friendly, gave hot water at times for bathing and drinking both, all facilities well maintained, very good view, we had a balcony where sunlight came directly we could sir there with frewsh air and got coffee and munnar view, little away from main city hence calm , emergency items available at nearby shop. Breakfast was also good , less spicy less oily with good variety of North Indian South Indian and fruits. Room service was good. We had a brisk evening walk and could visit tea gardens at walking distance and enjoy a lot. Highly recommend. Good room space

Rooms are clean, 24/7 hot water available, wifi available, hotel is in 3rd floor you have take steps no lift, some what difficult for grandparents or having issues in legs, room service available, gap road and view points are nearby there is toll-recommend to charge fast tag to avoid waiting, else you had to pay 140 up and down, related network-Mostly Jio and BSNL sims are active, pine tree wifi available with password inside the room, all things are mentioned, Highly recommend Pine Tree, we enjoyed.
