Las Palmas Hotel

Overall stay was ok. The staff is polite. Some things that can be improved are variety and quality of breakfast items, they were super limited for a two day stay plan and requests from the guests for room requirements should be met in time. It does not feel great to keep asking for basic necessities multiple times.

Absolutely awesome and spacious rooms to stay. Not very crowded and cramped like the ones in the town. Super friendly staff and reasonable prices. Love the views from outside. We loved the food option next door.

Overall stay was good. I was there with family my for 2 days and the room was quite spacious clean and comfortable . Staff's were generous and polite. Food price was also reasonable compared to outside hotels but again with limited options. Some thing that they can improve upon is with hot water facilities since the weather was super chilled.!

I was there for two days with family, The hotel is far away from Munnar. Initially they give me the room which was situated under ground floor. The room was literally stinking and not at all cozy. Bed in the room was too hard. LATER next morning while going for breakfast one staff showed another room which was better than previous, again after breakfast one staff told that you need to wait and said we will clean it after 12, I don't understand the logic behind that When you have empty room and sufficient time you should give it to guest rather than asking guest to wait. No proper hospitality was there. only some staff were polite other was making face while taking orders and serving the food. Restaurant was on 1st floor. The food options were limited to those who have chosen to stay with breakfast and dinner.

I have stayed with my hubby for 2 days, rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is very responsible and daily cleaning is there. Food is also reasonable and good compared to outside hotels.

The hotel is very well maintained, and the rooms are spacious. The staff is well behaved and comforting. Overall had a great stay experience. The location of the hotel is great as well, view from the terrace is beautiful.

We would definitely recommend this hotel and restaurant combination to anyone looking for a luxurious and delicious getaway.

Wonderful experience, i wud recommend ppl who are visiting munnar to book hotel here, very peaceful. The hotel rooms are clean, the staff is very helpful and gentle. Overall its worth
