Secret Valley Plantation Resort Munnar

recently stayed at Secret Valley Resort and had an amazing experience. The location is serene and surrounded by beautiful greenery - perfect for a peaceful getaway. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a cozy feel. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help with a smile. I especially loved the food - tasty and fresh, with a good variety of local and continental options. There were also fun activities like nature walks and campfires that made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and connect with nature

Excellent service and very nice stay. The whole family enjoyed the 2 days stay. The staffs were very curtious and friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious. Much recommended.

Had an amazing time at Secret Valley. The rooms were spacious and spotless.A beautiful property with excellent views. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. The buffet had a limited variety though, but their in-house restaurant offered good food and better options.

Not happy with the stay. The only positive that i found was, the room was really spacious, good and clean. 1. The door of our room was not good. It was difficult to open and close. There was also some gap between the door and the wall. 2. The water in the pool was not clean and temperature was not maintained. But the pool was really big enough. 3. The AC was not working in our room. The staff tried a lot to rectify that, but didn't work. 4. At night there were a lot of ants moving to moat of the rooms. 5. Due to all these reasons they gave us the option to move to another room, but that room was not that clean. It had small ants on the bed. It was almost 12 midnight, that we changed the room, so we didn't attempt to complain about that. 6. There were a lot of variety food options in the menu. But no variety food was available. 7. There is a gym, but the equipments were not in good working condition. 8. Breakfast was complimentary, but they were preparing each and every item seperately from kitchen and will bring it to the table. Which I don't think people will be able to finish off completely. So it's better to start a buffet system. 9. There is no seperation between bath area and dry area in the bathroom. There are a lot of scope for development. The property is really unutilised.
