I recently stayed at this incredible resort with family and friends, and I can confidently say it's one of the best experiences I've ever had! The ambiance is absolutely stunning - serene, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Small but well-maintained swimming pool was a highlight, offering a refreshing escape under artificial rain. The food was simply delicious, with a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I've ever had - fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What truly stood out was the staff - they were incredibly supportive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Another unique feature was the resort's fruit garden, which offered a variety of exotic fruits. It was such a treat to explore and taste them! Overall, this resort exceeded all my expectations. Johns Village is one of the best options in Ernakulam area for a perfect staycation, be it with your family or friends. I stayed with my friends and kids, all of us just loved the place - Spacious rooms, good customer services, delicious food, child friendly environment, good activities for children, nice pool experience too. I have stayed in this hotel. Received very good service. The staff treated me like a family member.They have to follow the swimming pool timings and rules followed by normal 5-star hotels, as they have to refill the water at night and check the pH level in the swimming pool. The manager told us about this. We don't know that if we wear a cotton shirt while using the swimming pool, the color will fade. There is a small amount of chlorine in the water.Thanks to manager Abhijit for telling us this knowledge. We were treated very politely.

My stay at Johns Village was deeply unsatisfactory. The service was poor throughout, and the manager's attitude was dismissive and unhelpful when I raised concerns. The condition of the swimming pool was particularly concerning. To further worsen the experience, the manager's behavior was unacceptable, creating issues as we were leaving the hotel. The rate was very high and not commensurate with the level of service provided. Furthermore, the room itself had an unpleasant odor. I cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Visited John's Village with a group of 10 adults and 3 kids. Excellent service, clean and spacious rooms, clean pool, outdoor areas to gather as a group, lots of parking space and easily accessible from Ernakulam. The food and service was excellent. They prepare the food at the location and do not just source it from a restaurant, which was a pleasant surprise given their extensive menu. Would definitely recommend this place to any groups looking to get together or for small events. The property could accommodate around 30 people overnight (and a much larger number for a day event).
