Amazing property. Breathtakingly beautiful. The location is awesome. Very well maintained. Spent 3 days with my family during Diwali break, and it turned out to be memorable. The staff is limited, which hampers smooth and prompt services, although they work really hard. Very helpful and supportive. The food needs improvement to come out of local taste and flavors. But a superb experience overall and would love to return here.

Stunning views of the lake and sunrise with very comfortable rooms in the villa. We booked all 6 rooms for a family holiday and it was the perfect location and space with the whole villa to ourselves. Staff were all wonderful and very helpful. Special thanks to Arunabh & Akshay for all the help to plan our holiday and for making our stay and special occasion we came for so memorable. Highly recommended.

The property is beautiful. The staff is fantastic. The property requires proper upkeep and maintenance although it is still high on standards of being clean, hygienic and sanitized. We were a family of 9, and used 5 of the 6 bedrooms. The linen and bathrooms were clean and tidy. The food was served to our liking. They were forever cheerful and attended to even the most minor request that we would have. Arunabh was in touch with us from the time our booking was confirmed and until we checked in. |We also did a houseboat trip, a ayurveda massage which was all well- advised by Arunabh. |Overall, would highly recommend this property to families for a close time together.

A relaxing haven from the (enjoyable) hustle and bustle of Kerala. Tranquil lake views, pool, and highly recommend the boating on Lake Vemnabad. Crisp hot fresh dosas with flavourful chutneys and sambar. Large rooms with tasteful local decor spotlessly kept. Luxurious rain showers. Attentive, welcoming, and professional staff. A small property that's definitely worth a visit.

We spent 3 days at the Villa. The location is great. Being on the Vembanad Lake, it also has its own lotus pond, two fish ponds and an infinity pool. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Vishnu and Jeshnu offer amazing service. Absolutely everything is taken care of. The food was memorable. The housebout cruise and the visit to Pathiramanal Island were relaxing and enjoyable. The only thing that can be improved is the toiletries, which can be better.

Such a wonderful place to spend quality time. From the moment we entered the Villa, we were stunned by the sheer beauty of the location, the staff, the service, the food which was exceptionally delicious and we were not disappointed. We opted for the local Kerala cuisine and it was the best choice. Clean pool, wonderful staff who looked after us so well. A very special Thank you to Arunabh and Jishnu for all that you'll did to make our trip so memorable.

Serenity, Tranquility and Luxury in Natural surroundings. We had a very peaceful and comfortable stay here. Taj hospitality, as always, was at it's best. The authentic Kerala food... amazing! The staff... helpful and cooperative. The location and the accommodation... pristine Mr Arunabh was very patient with our many queries, before and during the trip Vishnu was always helpful, with a big beaming smile! All the support staff were friendly and helpful. Nice to have the facilities at Taj Kumarakom available too. Massages at the Jiva spa were very relaxing. Wonderful holiday!

I don't have words to express my feelings about the trip. It was excellent and fabulous. Our stay was peaceful and very comforting. It was a very happening and a beautiful place for us.|I would also like to mention that the service provided by the staff and specifically manager(Mr. Ritesh Sing) is wonderful. He was very very helpful and friendly and guided us throughout our stay.
