Leleela - A Kumarakom Backwater Boutique Resort.

A small tiny lil resort, that delightfully mixes the feel of a home stay with a hotel. ||The food is limited and has the feel of home-cooked food (and was delicious including the yummy vegetable thorans) ||There is a lot of small things that the management needs to look into tho: renovations and amenities included. And rules for guests where they dont jump into the pool fully clothed. ||Setting and Ambience: 5 |Food: 4|Service Staff: I wish i had more that 5 stars to rate them. They're sweet, warm and welcoming and go the extra mile with a smile. From the nameless waiters to front office Geethu and Tony and Anurag, to the chef who met us and the housekeeping staff, each of them helped truly make us comfortable . ||Definitely worth a memorable stay.

Excellent resort with great food and good facility. The resort's setting by the lake is excellent, offering peaceful views and a serene atmosphere, specially during early morning sunrise. The pool overlooking the lake was a highlight, perfect for cooling down after a day of sightseeing. The staff at Leleela were good; they were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Dining at the resort was good and enjoyable.

We had wonderful couple of days at Leleela. We had booked this place for our family get together and the location could not have been more perfect. The property is small and cozy with 11 rooms. Each room balcony opens up to the Vembanad lake. There is also a well maintained pool. As for food, the complimentary breakfast buffet was great, had good options. The restaurant food was nice as well! Each and every staff member was polite and courteous. We had a nice time during the boat ride too. Highly recommend for individual or small group stays. We wish Leleela the very best as they renovate and expand!

Not recommended at all. Resort needs major renovation as everything is falling apart in the rooms, rooms are not clean as you can spot lizards and insects in rooms. Air conditioning is not working which makes it really hard to sleep at night, especially when you are travelling with kids. We had to switch 2-3 times due to these issues but still ended up having all these. You don't have many options in-terms of food.

One of the best backwater resort near Alleppey..Loacted at the shore of lake... We booked a lake view deluxe room...View from the room was heaven. Swimming pool was nice & Clean with the view of lake...Food is delicious.. we also booked a houseboat with pickup from the hotel....

Great place to be at. We booked 3 rooms for our family visit, the entire staff specially Mr Prasad was jst great. They made our evening memorable by allowing us to use their private boat which hd a great music setup. Highly recommend this place to all.

The resort gave us a feel of warmth and comfort. The staff there are hospitable and the food is excellent. Our group, and I for sure loved the 2 nights stay at Leleela. Thank you for giving us an enjoyable experience.

Everything is good, including the place, people, and environment, except for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is fine, with no complaints. However, they need to improve their kitchen hours as they open only at 7 AM and close by 8 PM. They also don't offer on-demand service outside these hours, whether early in the morning or late at night.
