The current state of this establishment is severely compromised. It is currently unoperational and has been neglected. Despite its apparent closure, the owner has failed to inform us of this fact. The rooms are in a state of disrepair, and basic amenities such as clean water and adequate sanitation are lacking.

Its a great stay, ideal for a vacation and workation. Resort maintains a calm historic ambience. They provide good service and facilities along with tasty hygienic food. The major point is that we can take the entire property to enjoy to the max with full privacy as they wont allow another family even though there are free rooms. They have Spa, boating, barbecue options on demand.

I had an amazing time at the resort! The riverview was absolutely stunning and added a serene touch to the entire experience. The calm and neat ambiance of the place provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. It was a fantastic spot to hang out with friends, creating unforgettable memories against the backdrop of the beautiful river. The resort truly delivered a tranquil and enjoyable stay.!!!

A haven to rest, to recuperate and to rejuvenate. Tucked away into a nook of an island, in the bed of cultural history,this little resort is the apt place for a peaceful break from the mad pace and race of life. The serene beauty of this riverside property has brought me back here again and yet again. The hospitality is excellent and the food is healthy and tasty. The ambience coupled with ayurvedic massage services and a precious Kerala museum is always welcoming.

The places is very clean and calm had enjoyed a lot staying in such a beautiful place. Also as its next to periyar river we had boating activites as we requested for that. The service was good from the care taker and most important is its few kilometres only from edapally kochi still with natures touch and maintained as such. Even the resort has its own museum where they had tried to show our old generation life styles and ethnicity. Group of people or families can stay at this place.

A peaceful stay right in the banks of Periyar. A great option if you want to feel the Muziris strip and Kodunhallur bharani. The small museum at the resort is beautiful. There is a spa and got an ayurvedic massage as well. This area was fully under water during the 2018 flood. The house keeper lady who lives near the place was saying after the flood disaster they never thought they will have a normal life again and things would turn around like this. Great to see these places and people bouncing back after disasters.

A home away from home with a good ambience on the shore of the river Periyar meeting with backwater. You can have a peaceful stay here and also familiar with a good collection antique.
