Though staff was welcoming and polite, the place is not good for stay. There are bed bugs and they crawl all over the place. Property is not maintained well, shower head is broken, tap water is salty, bathroom door's handle lock can get stuck and lock you inside if you are not extra careful and no staff on call to help you with. Reviewers were right. Not the best place to stay.

Very calm, safe and refreshing stay in a Greenish land between the backwater and Arabian Sea. Very neat and clean, traditional mini Resort. Tasty and homely food make it special in its kind, wonderful friendly staff.. I recommond

I'm completely disappointed with the services here. We stayed for 2 days. There is no Hot water available. The second day, there was no power in the room for the entire night. Location was good. It's right behind the beach. But disappointed with services.

Nestled between a beautiful lake and the vast thanni sea...lake sea leisure is perfect for people looking for a quiet getaway. It is removed from the hustle bustle of the city...a little piece of heaven tucked away in the thanni area. The staff is very helpful and cordial and their food is delicious. Lucky that...bcoz there are not many options to eat in the area. But you needn't worry...the staff will cook you brilliant regional food and at very good price as well. The auto Wallas will charge you double the normal price if you aren't local so be prepared for that or better yet have your own car/bike to get around kollam. All in all, the days I spent there were heaven sent and would surely visit again. Peace!

They offer really tasty sea food, and the staff is very friendly. They also provide boating service, best time would be evening. (Rs 500) . It's on both sides of the road.

A small heaven situated between kollam varkala Road. One day my car got puncher near to this resort in mayyanad and seen this resort. Booked a cottage and it only cost 500 at that time. There will be only a small room and open bathroom is available outside. They also have room but it cost near 2500 per day. Good experience with nandu the manager of the resort. Thumps up for the location

Very worst and very waste.... No any facilities, no proper water, very salt water, small room. Only two room is there.... Only worth for 500 maximum. But they charged 2500. Five times extra....

Very very bad.. don't go there...there is no security and other staff at night.The behavior of owner is very low .we get brk fst only at 10 am
