Hotel Indraprastha.

The hotel is located in City Centre and at best can termed as a glorified Bar. The rooms were decent but in ours the AC was non functional and hence the room became stuffy and uncomfortable to stay. The staff is courteous, friendly and helpful. Many dishes in the Menu were not available and had a very limited choice for vegetarians. Whatever was available was also unpalatable.

One of the best hotel I ever launched.. The service staffs are very helpful.. specially Mr.Arun, Manager Sudhi and Ms.Lakshmi front office are great.

So far so good, good coustomer service

Amazing stay at Hotel Indraprastha, Mavelikara. Location is ideal with close proximity to railway station, food spots and shopping centres. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly with a personal touch of assistance from reception to chef... Rooms were clean and ambience was amazing. The only hotel in mavelikara town that makes you feel like you are in a city.

First of all we booked based on a call with their coworker. But once we reached, the front desk claimed they didn't have any rooms. I thought that was very unprofessional of them. Staff should be on the same page. Just as we were about to leave, the front desk came back to magically tell us there were 2 rooms available. The second reason the the one star is we were getting out around 10:30 am to get some tea, their hotel gate was completely locked. There was no one around. We had to go back inside to have someone open the gates. It's almost afternoon! What are you doing with the gates locked?!? Again very unprofessional, and finally, the room was smelling like cigarettes all night long. When we walked in the complimentary water in the room was used and still sitting on the table, so who knows if they even cleaned the bed or bathrooms. Will not be returning back
