The service and the room was very good. It was convenient to check in and check out. I really appreciate that.. We didn't need to wait too long for the check in even though we a little earlier than the check in time. The staff was really good and it was a very wonderful experience here.

I found the super deluxe rooms to be spacious, pleasant and the bed large enough to comfortably accommodate two adults and a child. I found the deluxe double room bed too small to comfortably accommodate two people and when I expressed my concern, the Manager upgraded my room to super deluxe at no extra cost which more than made up for the initial inconvenience for my family. It then became clear to me that the staff led from the top are customer-service oriented which is a good thing. The hotel is also conveniently located near the International Airport and the food is both affordable and of good quality. The snack outlet in the front of the hotel serves at the hotel restaurant and I especially loved the tea!

The room was immaculate, comfortable and well appointed. The staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.
