Green Planet Hotel & Restaurant

We stayed there for 2 days. This is a budget place for those who love nature. The facilities are basic but sufficient for whose who don't like to spend the whole time indoors. The staff is exceptionally courteous and prompt with any request. Food is great as we had Kerala cuisine mosrly

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The hospitality was exceptional -- the staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. The ambience was serene and beautifully maintained, perfect for relaxation. The food was absolutely delicious. The only thing we missed was a swimming pool, which would have made the experience even better.

Green Planet Resort in Mattannur offers an exceptional experience with its warm hospitality and attentive service. The owners as well as staff are incredibly courteous and go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable and welcome. The food is absolutely delicious, with a variety of dishes that cater to every palate. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy a memorable stay.

Stayed just one night at this hotel. Very nice location, lot of greenery and well-appointed rooms, parking space and friendly staff are the positives. However, they should pay attention to smaller details towards guest satisfaction. There was no drinking water in the room. After our asking, we were provided with one bottle of water purified at the hotel itself. We asked for one more bottle and it never came. No extra pillows. For two guests, there was only one glass tumbler! And, one more thing. It struck us as odd that the hotel displays a board that says no photography without permission!! Something never heard of in the hospitality business. After all, guests would shoot pictures for their pleasant memory of their stay and we see no possibility of them misusing the pix in anyway.

I recently stayed at Green Planet Hotel and overall, I had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
