Incredible stay. Stunning lobby overlooking the lake. Free boat ride is a nice touch. Relaxing grounds to stroll through with hammocks and swings. Infinity pool overlooking the lake. Restaurant is great. The chef personally can out to chat with us about our dietary restrictions and the customised meals to our liking. They were delicious. All the staff were very friendly. Amazing value for the price. We will be back

Top class hotel. Immaculately clean. Stunning views. The complimentary boat ride and chai every afternoon is an added bonus as is the local dancing in the evening. ||I ate breakfast. Food was lovely very tasty. ||Best of all was the staff. The hotels motto is "the guest is god" and they certainly lived up to this. I was made to feel like royalty. ||Special thanks to Anju, Ashwin, Revathi, Rewa Supratik , Vikas Namiz , Vipin and Lenin and many others for making me so welcome ||Definitely recommend in fact I am already planning to stay again later in the year

A beautiful property with wonderful professional staff. Right from responding to emails and messages, to accommodating early check-in, everything was perfect. Drivers Hari Krishna and Biju were very helpful, went above and beyond. Ruby shot some amazing photos on request, so no need of bringing a selfie stick. Ashwin and others at the reception were great. All in all a great stay. Only recommendation would be to avoid single use plastic for drinking water and toiletries.

Went for a family staycation. Pros: Rooms, view & service are all very nice. The only activity they have is 30 mins boating, which we enjoyed & also the plunge in the pool afterwards. This facility is good for only 1 night stay as there isn't any other activities except these. Cons: Sitting in their lobby is nightmare since the area is not air conditioned & neither is there a proper fan. Completely unexpected. For getting a seat in the restaurant we had to wait for about 45 mins & it was a horrid experience because of the heat in the lobby. Except that everything else is good.

Location & Stay was excellent. Drawbacks - Food variety & Quality. No privacy for bath area in room. It was an open bath area. Lake activities were very limited. Upkeep of the Outdoor Play area was poor.

We stayed here as part of our 3 week trip - Rome, Kerala ( Taj Malabar, Gokulam Kumarakom) and then kollam . Our experiences at the other 3 hotels we stayed in were absolutely fantastic and I've reviewed them on tripadvisor.|Unfortuantely I cannot say the same for this place. The rooms themselves were great. The poor rating is because of the issues we faced in making the reservation. It was stressful. |We first made a reservation via the hotel's website. We got a confirmation email that had the managers name on it . The very next day, another manager emailed me in the saying there was an issue in their IT systems data load and that the inventory that was available online was not updated, so the room we booked was not available. He offered another much more expensive room. I checked their website and found another room and emailed him saying I would be ok to take that instead. He said this was available and confirmed the booking. |Then I needed to go in a day earlier - so I checked online , saw it was available and sent him an email. He said again that it was not available for the extra night and that they were fully booked. I went back and checked the hotel website , tripadvisor and expedia and it was available everywhere. I took screenshots and sent it to him. There were other rooms also available, not just this . I also called the leela helpline in mumbai, but they were not of much help. After this, the same manager emails me saying there was a cancellation and now the room was available ! However, online the site said 7 days of free cancellation and dinner and breakfast was available. He however said that wasnt available and it was a 2 day cancellation and no dinner included rate. |I wondered whether to just cancel my stay at this hotel and how the experience would be staying at a place where the management was like this. I did however end up staying there because I had to be in kollam for a family event. |The stay itself was pleasant except for noise on the first 2 nights and the room itself was very good with great views and the rest of the staff at the hotel were nice. There was a business convention with a cultural event going on on the ground floor of the annex where our room was. The sound of the music could be heard in our room, which was a suite on the 5 floor, well past 10 pm at night, for the first two nights we were there ! And we ended up having to extend our trip by two nights for family reasons, which we were able to do in person at the reservations counter, without issues. However, never once during our 7 day stay did the manager with whom the emails were exchanged or any managers , approach us about this fiasco in booking nor check on my experience with the stay. 5 star service ??

We stayed at this hotel for 2 days with our parents and our 2-year-old son, and it was our second time here. The experience was absolutely wonderful! The facilities and ambience are amazing, and the staff is incredibly professional, friendly and welcoming -- from the restaurant and reception managers & staff to the front office, facilities, and security teams. Our son quickly became friends with all the staff, which made our stay even more special. Everything, from the food to the accommodation and overall facilities, deserves a perfect 10/10. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again!

Had a pleasant stay here away from the city life, during my stay i interacted with a lot of people who are staff at the hotel and particularly one of them came across a very special one Mr Binu, he is one of the drivers at the hotel. A very warm welcoming individual and a vibe like no other. He came across to me a person very humble and down to earth. If your looking to take cab service from hotel I would very highly recommend him. I felt totally safe going out with my wife to unknown places with him being around. The staff inside hotel are also very well mannered and had most of the things sorted immediately
