From the moment we arrived, this property exceeded every expectation. The architecture and interiors radiate luxury, comfort, and thoughtful design -- every corner was immaculate and tastefully done. It truly felt like a private paradise. What made the stay even more memorable was the incredible care provided by Bobby. Bobby was attentive, warm, and always available when needed, they ensured we felt at home throughout our stay. His hospitality added a personal touch that elevated the entire experience. He took care of sight seeing, rock climbing and local water falls in the locality which was enjoyable for each and everyone. And the food -- absolutely outstanding! Each meal was freshly prepared, delicious, and beautifully presented. Whether it was a hearty breakfast or a gourmet dinner, the flavors and quality were consistently top-notch.

Relaxing and peaceful place. Gives a forresty vibe with lots of teak trees and if lucky you may see a lot of wildlife too. Rooms are good and the place is best enjoyed if you go with a couple of families to get total privacy. Site seeing can be arranged at extra cost and they provide good homely food. BBQ can be arranged at an additional cost. Totally recommend this stay.

We stayed here from 26th Dec to 29th Dec 2024 and it was an amazing stay with family. Worth the money as we can get the royal facilities. Caretaker Bobby made our stay enjoyable and helped us a lot and almost he was there with us all those days. You don't hear no from him. It's because of him it turned out to be a memorable stay. Complementary breakfast is very good and more than enough though the food for order prices high. Surely recommend this place for anyone who is looking out the memorable stay around Marayoor or Kanthaloor.

This place is located amidst the sandalwood forest, we get a feeling that we are somewhere middle of forest. The place is so peaceful. Food was cooked with love and served to us. It gives us the feeling that we r in our own home. Special mention to Mr. Bobby.. he was very kind and treated us so very well. And thanks to the cooking team. Overall kids had a lot of fun. Definitely a must place to visit with family. I am looking forward to come here again.

Beautiful place..Bobban the caretaker was very helpful and made sure all our needs was taken care. The place can accommodate 12 people comfortably. The surroundings are so calm and refreshing. The place is well maintained and during the walk to the property through the sandal reserve you could get to see deer. They have a small fishing pond wherein you can do fishing and an animal farm where you get to see birds. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The food provided is very tasty and great value for money. Will highly recommend the place..

A wonderful stay, in the midst of a sandalwood forest. Great team with excellent service. Bobby was stand out with his service and took care of all our requirements. The food prepared by them was very good. The view from their tree house was amazing.

This property is a gem of a place midst sandal wood forest, a place with exclusivity when you are with your close family or friends. Well kept rooms and wash rooms, good support staff and mood creating surroundings. Rooms are not air-conditioned but, it is not needed at the moment. You will definitely feel close to the nature
