We recently stayed at this great resort near Chinnar Sanctuary and had an unforgettable experience! Our room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay amidst nature. The food was delicious, with a variety of local Indian dishes that catered to our tastes. The service was exceptional, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensured everything was perfect. The resort arranged jeep tours for us around the area, including a thrilling night safari in the sanctuary, where we were lucky enough to spot elephants and other wildlife.

We had an amazing time during our 3 night stay. It was extremely peaceful with so much wildlife right outside our room. The food was excellent and the staff were wonderful and did all they could to make sure we had a great stay. Highly recommend.

Had a pleasant stay in a river view Sierra room. The stay was fantastic and the food was exceptional. The best time to visit should be after monsoon since summer heat is a bit scorching with dry views of the river and falls.

We had a fantastic time. The food was outstanding. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Prince took us on a tour of the wildlife park, tea growing plantation, local village and historic sites. This is cooperative organization which feeds back into the community. You will enjoy your time here. So far this is the highlight of our trip to India. Also if you are vegan the Chef is brilliant. He will take out whatever you want and add whatever you want. He will also add chillies to match your taste if you like really hot food. The food was great. Make sure you go on a tour with Prince.

Disappointing Customer Service Experience We stopped at this resort on our way to Munnar for a tea break, but unfortunately, our experience left us disappointed due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff. After enjoying our tea, we noticed a terrace attached to the coffee shop. There were no signboards or indications restricting entry, and two staff members sitting nearby didn't inform us otherwise. Assuming it was open to guests, we confidently entered the terrace to take in the view and clicked a few photos. To our surprise, a staff member abruptly approached us in a harsh tone, demanding that we leave immediately as the area was "not allowed." This sudden confrontation felt unwarranted and left us feeling uncomfortable. A simple, polite clarification or proper signage would have prevented this misunderstanding. Good customer service is about communication and treating guests with respect, which sadly, we didn't experience here. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure a more welcoming environment for future visitors.

This is the best location you would love to visit with your family. I highly recommend this resort based on our experience recently in December. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We took our toddler and he enjoyed the stay more than us. They have kids play zone for them and adults can have fun too with the 16D cinema experience. I want mention the chef for the wonderful food especially the breakfast and shankar anna for their assistance. They also have a guide named Prince who can take you to places through safari, I would say do not miss it because he is the man with full of knowledge in and out. To share about the scenic views from room, Sierra is the best. Our room' had a beautiful balcony and the river view is mesmerizing. I am missing it already.

We visited this place for one day vacation. Rooms are clean well maintained and since we chose river facing room, the view is spectacular. They have private waterfalls where guide will help you to reach and it's like a small trekking. It was so nice as there was no one else in the waterfalls. Food is very moderate only, but still able to manage. Staffs talk so good, they always greet you with smiling face and helps us with our questions, also gives additional knowledge about Marayoor and kanthalloor. Overall it's a great experience for us. They also have wifi connection
