Hotel Magnet

I did not have a good experience staying here. The pillow covers and bed sheet were not changed from last use. The fan is of no use and the rooms had a very strong odour. We had to change our room due to odour. The service was pathetic. Even though the budget is low, basic cleanliness is expected. The only good thing is that the room is in the heart of the city and the staff was willing to listen to our concerns and were somehow trying to help us out. Would not recommend for a family stay with kids.

I am a regular visitor of Marayoor... May be monthly once or once in two months. But till now I couldn't find a hotel which has affordable rates and clean rooms and wash rooms. After seeing the photograph of the room which my friend send two days back, I fixed to take the AC room. The two importance points which I consider for stay is good room and clean wash room. In this hotel, room's condition is ok. But washroom is pathetic. Even though it is a newly furnished hotel and wash rooms, I think they haven't cleaned their bowls after their launch. Why the hotel guys are not understanding that they are in to hospitality field and quality of service and products are very important!!! Next time I need to find some other place

Worst accommodation ever had. There's no parking area, no view from the room, no dust bin, no floor mat in front of bathroom, no tv channels, no AC remote. Also we took a bath in cold water as hot water was not available. After informing hotel authorities also they were least bothered about customer service. Due to this we caught fever and it ruined our entire trip. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

Basic amenities where not provide until specifically asked. Room was kinda like the semi basement apartment in the movie "Parasite". There was no ventilation and exhaust fan in the bathroom room was broken. Tolerable for one night stay only because of the cool weather of Marayur.

Room is okay for this budget. But they are not maintaning the washroom clean. So I would suggest, you can choose this hotel if you have no other option.

Very nice service the owner is very helping nature and come operative. We had some problems he helped us a lot. . Very nice rooms. .

One of the best hotel to stay in marayoor,offering 3 star facility in a budget rate, located at the centre of marayoor town,hotel is very neat and clean,staff is so friendly always very eager to help.....................
