Telma Beach Homestay

Would highly recommend this homestay. The hosts are super friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond. They were able to arrange tuktuks and taxis for us, massages and also houseboat trips. The balcony rooms are clean and spacious, the balcony seats are a lovely spot to relax. We opted for Kerala style breakfast which was delicious. A few minutes walk to the beach which has lots of cafe/restaurant options. Sunset was amazing!

We stayed in the AC room on the first floor. The room and the bathroom are spacious and clean. The mattress is firm and comfortable. The sitout area in front of the room is the best of all. It has traditional Kerala style wooden sitting area (see in pic). In the ground floor, a hammock is also there for relaxing. The beach is 2 minutes walk away. The food is tasty and a very good value for money. The owner is friendly and helpful. All in all, a pleasant and a memorable stay at Telma.

Telma Beach Homestay is such a wonderful place and such nice people, I had a great time staying here, fond memories. Rooms, place and the campus is really nice and so well maintained with good ambience, it is located very near to the seashore. Martin and his family, owners of the place are really wonderful people and good hearted. I cherish my time staying there. Thank you for everything, keep up the good works you are doing and good wishes even more.

Very well situated close to the beach. All rooms have a private balcony where you take your breakfast and meals. The hosts will go out of their way to please you unfortunately the rooms are in bit of a need of refurbishment which is usual for India so no bad comment for that

Rooms were not clean. We had to insist to get clean bed covers. The rooms on the ground floor are smelly. (next to the kitchen) The owners hang their laundry next to the balcony. Breakfast was just enough to survive. The beach is very close, clean and beautiful. There are no facilities. We couldn't get any information about what to do in the neighborhood.

A great hospitality and attention provided by the family who runs this lovely guest house. Well maintained and indeed clean rooms, nice terrace and courtyard. There are chairs and table dedicated to each room in courtyard where meals are served. Tasty & fresh & variable homemade meals: either breakfast and dinner. The good reasonable price for extraordinary service. Need to mention good location: in 50m-100m from beachfront. Highly recommended place to everyone seeking nice, tranquil place near to the ocean where you are treated like at home. Biggest "Thank You" to Martin and his nice family who made our stay pleasant and relaxing.

If you want to experience a really nice and warm welcome in a family, this is the right place. Each member of this family is just the sweetest you can imagine. If you can choose the upper room, it offers a view on the trees and you will enjoy the birds singing all day long. Rooms are clean and comfortable, bed is very good quality and breakfast and dinners are just delicious. Telma cooks with talent and with her heart. She will bring you the meal she prepared with a beautiful smile. Martin will be here to help you for any request and will always find a solution for you. We really loved our time there and will remember our sharing with all of them. We highly recommend Telma Beach homestay. It's a fantastic place.
