I had an amazing stay at Jeffy and his mom's Mini homestay in Alleppey! From the moment I arrived, they made me and my two dogs feel completely at home. The location is perfect -- just beside the beach, which made the mornings and evenings so beautiful and relaxing. Jeffy's mom prepared delicious home-cooked meals for us, customized to each guest's preferences -- non-spicy and super tasty, exactly how I like it. They even made special boiled chicken for my dogs, which was so thoughtful! I was able to leave my dogs safely in the room while I went sightseeing, and they were very understanding and supportive. The room rent and food prices were very affordable, making it a perfect budget-friendly stay without compromising comfort. They also helped arrange local sightseeing trips at discounted rates, which made exploring Alleppey even easier and more enjoyable. Jeffy and his mom are truly wonderful hosts, warm, caring, and genuine. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Alleppey -- especially if you're traveling with pets. Thank you for making my trip so memorable!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the experience was fantastic. The hotel's ambiance is warm and welcoming, and the environment is simply beautiful, with the beach just a short walk away. The staff, especially the person who took care of us, was incredibly kind and attentive. They truly went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. One of the highlights of my stay was the surprise candlelight dinner arranged for me - it was casual yet so thoughtfully prepared, and the setting was perfect. The atmosphere, combined with excellent food, made for an unforgettable experience. Overall, everything about the hotel was excellent - from the location to the staff to the special surprises that made my stay even more memorable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and delightful getaway!

An affordable, fantastic beach home stay, totally worth it. Has safe and amazing private beach. The caretaker Jeffin was so friendly and helpful, a genuinely kind person. Talk to him, especially if you're feeling down; he'll totally help you out. Our room was nice and clean, exactly what we needed. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. The whole experience was super chill, and we loved it.

Jeffin is a great host and his mother Mini an amazing cook. The beach is right in front of the house and the veranda offers a great place to relax, read a book. Jeffin is always up for a friendly chat! The rooms are clean however they could benefit from a new set of pillows and sheets. We would love to come back.

Rustic homestay for your arrival. One of its best features is that pets are welcome! For dining, you'll find a selection of restaurants in the vicinity. Jeffin, the host and caretaker of the property, is super friendly.

Marari Edens Homestay -Kerela|A 3 week stay 4th -25th January 2025 with a friend.|Our Host is named Jeffin|Our Cook is named Minnie|Our Cleaner is named Tanga||Marari Edens is an absolute gem. It is located by what we aptly name Sunset Beach. It is a very quiet beautiful location away from the main road in a Cul De Sac. Marari Edens Homestay is clean and comfortable with a veranda, gardens and hammock, and all of the tropical sounds in the evening that one might expect when staying in a beautiful hot Country.|You wake to the sound of the waves splashing in the sea and the beautiful sound of bird song.|Jeffin is the best host ever. He makes you feel like you are the only person in the world that matters to him. Jeffin organised getting my lost suitcase back to me, he organised food at short notice, he organised a courier to pick up beers from the Beverage Corporation, he made me coffee every morning and he ensured that we were happy during the whole of our 3 weeks stay.|Minnie is the best cook ever. Nothing too much trouble. We asked for prawns, we got it, we asked for fish curry we got it... chicken, rice and noodle dishes were plentiful.|Tanga, was always smiling and cheerful when cleaning the rooms, kitchen and garden.|Marari Edens location is fantastic, especially if you like a beer in a bar which is just 1.8km away.|Just a couple of metres along the beach at Marari Edens you will find the local fishermen out in their boats bringing in fresh fish to sell on the beach fish market. It is a wonderful sight seeing hard working men with their rustic fishing nets and birds swooping in trying to steal their catch of the day.|When you walk toward the main road, take a right to Mararikulam Beach and Mararikulum railway station, take a left to go to Artunkal and St Andrews Basilica. You can either catch a local bus approx. 12 rupees per person or you can walk. Mararikulum Beach is approx. 5k and the Basilica is approx. 4.44km. A rickshaw cost approx. 250 rupees.|The nearest ATM is 1.8km heading toward Artunkal and 4km toward Mararikulum Beach.|A train from Mararikulum railway station to Cochi is 10 rupees per person by return journey.|A bus to Alappuzha/ Allepey Backwaters is a 45 min journey cost approx. 26 rupees per person. A boat trip on the Backwaters cost approx. PS500 rupees per hour for 2 people, look out for Rajesh,the boat owner and Sebastian who takes the boat out for the trip. They are a fabulous team. You can enjoy a meal and drink at the backwaters for approx. 500 rupees per person.|Jeffin, I hope to see you again some day my friend. You most certainly left an imprint. Beach front resort. Good ambience. Not crowded like, a hidden spot. We group of 8 people booked 4 rooms. Overall the stay was good. Humidity is a little high there, it's better to book AC Rooms. One of the cheapest beach front resort. Neat beach. In case of property it's an average property. Overall good experience.

Jeffin made our special moment absolutely unforgettable. The warm hospitality, the serene private beach, and the cozy, homely ambiance he curated were beyond exceptional. If you're looking for a truly remarkable and intimate experience, this is the perfect choice. Highly recommended
