A Good Stay with fabulous atmosphere and the services was too good

Good and spacious rooms, with a swimming pool. Great place if we are coming and staying as a family especially with kids. The staff are well trained and they were very friendly and polite. Food was okay not up to the expectations. Overall I can give 5 star rating for the rooms and other services. For food 3 rating.

If anybody is planning to visit here , please avoid their restaurant at any cost. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby the resort. The reason I'm saying is that, we reached there by 1 PM and went to the restaurant to have lunch. A total of 17 of my family were there at the time of lunch. We had to wait till 3 PM to get our lunch. A delay of more than 1.5 hrs. The quality wise and quantity wise of the food was very poor. The bill we received was the only thing that stood up to a 3 star resort (it was very expensive). When we did complain about the delay, the reason they stated was " they were only having 1 chef at that time" who the hell does such poor management?. We booked the place more than a week before. The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because of the pool they are having, it was up to the standard & good (otherwise I would've only given a single star). During the night time one of our rooms faced electricity issues & the power went off completely & in the middle of the night we were forced to shift into a new room. The only reason they are keeping that resort is because of the "bar" they are having. I don't recommend this place for a family. In some rooms we were also having issues with our a/c during the night. I did have a poor experience from this place.

It was nice to stay. Cozy bed with extreme soft linen. Good ambience. Mouth watering delicacies. Overall great experience. A value for money property considering the facilities, clean swimming pool, different lounge options with Verity drinks, fish options at the restaurant, well maintained sourrounding.

It was totally non cooperative staff, to my surprise there was not even bell boy service to carry the luggage. It was a basic courtesy I believe that after travelling from so long distance the least as a hotel can relieve is to help us for luggage. But none were doing the service Food was horrible and the staff there are least responsible with stale food. When I have asked for a water bottle the response from staff was that the restaurant is not opened and I had no other option but to wait as the hotel policy is two bottles for a room be it 1 member or 4 persons stay in the room.It is up to us to die of thirst. My sincere advice is to avoid booking the resort there are lot lot of options available. But do not go for this resort.

Good Rooms, very neat and clean. Helpful staff, except for Mr.Sunil. He was the night staff for the days we had checked in, was arrogant and that's not how guests should be treated, especially when we come to check in.Also he said we booked the cheapest room in the resort. So what? He should treat all the guest equally, not on the basis of whichever room who can afford. Also, there was some issue with the Ac in one of the rooms, but they fixed in immediately.
