The location is fantastic easy to find and conveniently situated near major attractions and public transport, making it perfect for exploring the area. The service was decent; the staff was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. I was thoroughly impressed by how well-maintained the KTDC Mannarkkad was spotless upon arrival, and the common areas were equally pristine. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast. It was a delightful spread with a variety of options, from fresh fruits and croissants to hot dishes that catered to different tastes. Overall, The KTDC Mannarkkad was on level with my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. It's a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the KTDC Mannarkad.

Excellent service by the front office staff and service staff. Well located. Great initiative by Kerala Tourism. We are an elderly couple. Well taken care of...by the staff!!

Worst Masala Dosa that I ever had. They are charging around RS 110 for Masala Dosa and serving burnt dosa. Ordered 3 Masala Dosa and first one itself was burnt. It took around 15 minutes to seve the first dosa. They kept on serving the burnt ones despite informing them after seeing the first dosa. So they don't listen to customers.

Very good hospitality. Even though the rooms are old they were clean and service of staff was impeccable which made us enjoy the stay very much. Jishnu was a helpful staff. He arranged the breakfast at 6.30am, all packed for us since we had to reach silent valley at 8am. The highlight was the food at the restaurant. It was really yummy and of good quality. So We ended up having most meals at the hotel. Evening snacks were especially very tasty.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which proved to be the perfect base for our trip to Silent Valley. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, especially Jhishu, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Our room was spacious and spotless, and we really appreciated the packed breakfast provided for our early morning departure. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The food was delicious.Thali meals,Chicken Biriyani and prawns were mesmerising.
