Rambler Garden Resort , forest resort wish 360degMountain view

We 20 members(teachers) came for a trip to mankulam. We enjoyed a lot in ramblers resort, its located in centre of the mountains. Pool was neatly maintained, complementary breakfast was awesome . Resort was very private we have to come inside the forest but a safer place.We got thrilled and safest off road jeep safari. Totally percent superb and it is a memorable trip for our team.

The hotel's swimming pool was a highlight of our stay, offering a refreshing oasis amidst the lush green mountains. As we lounged by the pool, we could gaze out at the breathtaking scenery, feeling the cool mountain breeze and soaking up the warm sunshine. The surrounding mountains added a touch of serenity, making it an idyllic setting to unwind and recharge.

The location was pretty good even though it was tough to get there.But room service was very bad . There is a lot of bugs everywhere. The toilet was not clean. They didn't provide essential necessities. The off-road service was very late hence it consumed a large amount time of us. They give more priority to those who chose higher amount packages. As a whole it was an average experience. They ruined our entire trip and jolly mood.

Worst experience. They ruined our entire mood. The room was filled with a black insect. They were in the entire room including washroom. They were unwilling to clean it. Cleanliness was very bad. Washroom was not clean. They didn't provide anything except a soap. Washroom doesn't have a bucket. The staff service was not too good. They were unable to speak about the delay and all. The food was just average. The off-road jeep service was very slow which ruined our entire plan. They give more priority to those who selected higher amount packages even though we were also paid the money. We also found that black insect in our food.The bug was so irritating.

Worst resort I have seen. We made a group booking and they provided a horrible night to us. Rooms was filled with black insects and it made night horrible. From morning there was no water and entire gusts where waiting till 10 am for using toilet and even for brushing up. Average food. Staff was co operative ( all staff was 20-25 aged and they were handling from reception to toilet cleaning) but after happening this much issues owner did not respond and I recommend don't come here especially if you are with family.

Wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Facilities were well-maintained, and everything was perfectly organized. A peaceful and refreshing escape surrounded by nature Highly recommend
