Hotel - Fortune Hills

I recently stayed at Hotel Fortune Hills and overall, it was a good experience. The room and washroom were both clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable environment. However, the towels and bedsheets could definitely use some attention -- a good bleach or refresh would go a long way in improving the overall cleanliness perception. The only inconvenience we faced was during breakfast. Although it was included in our booking, there was no indication of it when we arrived at the restaurant. The staff took our order, and only afterward did they start preparing the food, which took around 45 minutes to serve. We later learned that the cook was on leave, and the staff member apologized for the delay -- a thoughtful gesture that we appreciated. Despite the situation, they managed things reasonably well. All things considered, it was a pleasant stay, and I would consider returning. Just a few tweaks in service and linen maintenance would elevate the experience even more.

I went to their bar today. The serving staff holding a tooth pick and cleaning his tooth by it while serving ,cleaning ,serving the food without washing the hand. It's lasted more than 5mints The management it's an good resto bar I'm regular customer plz give the staff good advise

I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Fortune Hills! The staff was super friendly and attentive, making my visit so enjoyable. The coffee was delicious and the avocado toast was fresh and flavorful. The cafe had a cozy atmosphere with great music playing in the background. I also loved that they have a small outdoor seating area. Highly recommend for a relaxing morning out!

Organised a family together. Ample parking space, hygeininc and aesthetically decorated rooms. A good place to celebrate small functions. Nevertheless, food quality was far below the expectation coupled with rude and aggressive behaviour of one staff spoiled our function.

Located on the Palakkad Guruvayoor road. Secluded. Nothing nearby. Bar attached. Ample parking space. Rooms are neat and spacious. Staff courteous. Very limited food options since the public doesn't visit the restaurant. Most of the time I was the only person in the restaurant for breakfast

The executive bar is really nice though it's limited seats there (seems it's due to space constraint). The food is also very good. Courteous staff. I would also like to mention - increase in the food rate now compared to few months ago. Overall, it's a great place.

Visited the restaurant for a family dinner. Had to leave immediately because the restaurant smelled like expired food.
