Azzure Retreat

I recently stayed at this beautiful retreat villa and had an absolutely incredible experience. The property is stunning, with a serene ambiance that's perfect for unwinding. The pool was a definite highlight -- clean, well-maintained, and perfect for both relaxing dips and fun swims. The villa itself was equipped with excellent amenities, thoughtfully arranged to provide both comfort and convenience. Every corner reflected great attention to detail, and the overall hygiene of the place was impeccable -- spotless rooms, fresh linens, and well-kept facilities throughout. What truly made the stay exceptional, though, was the caretaker. Warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my time there. Their hospitality truly made the experience feel personal and welcoming. Highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious retreat. I'll definitely be returning!

Very bad experience. We friends booked the villa for a night for 18k and the owner promised us that he will not give the the side villa to anyone else so that we can have the pool for our self. We paid the advance and the day of our stay he calls us saying that he has given the side villa to an other party and pool cannot be private. Owner lacks manners and doesn't stay by his words and is greedy for money. Had a bad experience and will be never visiting that property. Wish had the option to give negative star. Also they only post good reviews in their insta handle.

I literally don't understand why this property has rating more than 4. This place absurdly pathetic. I have stayed in many of the home stays but never experienced such a pathetic experience. We were nearly 15 friends and payed almost 40k for the property which does not even worth 10k. When we booked this property we expected it to have all the amenities but this place did not even offer basic amenities. Let me list them for you'll 1. Most importantly for the stay worth 40k there was no proper Ac in working conditions and after telling the maintain fellow who was next to useless he turned on the generator for the AC to work. None of the AC had remote to control temperature. 2.forget about AC there was no proper fan in the hall. After arguing for an hour or so it was fixed at the night while our check-in was at 2pm in the afternoon. 3. There were no proper sockets in the hall. I feel there was hardly 1-2. Even the sockets at room were not working, 4. None of the room had proper light/tube where anyone could dress up and no sockets were in working condition to attach any appliances. 5. There were no tissue rollers in bathrooms. 6. We had mentioned the number of people were 15 but we were offered only 2 spoons and plates initially. We had to beg them for extra. No proper utensils. 7. The utensils were old, dirty and not in a condition that anyone could use them. 8. Rooms are very small. 9. No oven. 10. Pool is just for 2 people. Rest have to just admire them swim. 11. There was a cooler which they refused to open. 12. There was no paste and toothbrush. When asked with the maintenance guy he refused for it. 13. The maintenance guy was very annoying. For anything we asked his answer was NO we don't have it, no we don't provide it, No we can't do that. 14. There was a balcony which was locked and we were not supposed to use it. Basically I can go on and on and on. Paying 40k for this pathetically disgusting property was the worst decision. I would not even pay 10k to be frank. We have stayed in better places for cheaper price. When you are taking such a huge amount at least you need to be offering good service and when we contacted the customer service from where we booked this property (EWA properties) they had no other answer than apologies and lying to us. When we refused to pay the extra amount of 20k for the pathetic stay, they locked us in within the villa and mentioned unless we pay the extra amount they would not open the gate. Not even a single rupee of discount was provided by them. Most of reviews here seems to fake as they do not match any of things we went through. This property is really horrible and I kindly request you to never book this stay and especially not through EWA property. Horrible horrible customer service. Highly disappointed.

Very bad service , even basic amenities were not provided as promised. Really horrible place to stay. We had booked this place through EWA properties and had paid 40k plus for this property which does not even worth 10k. None of the Ac was functioning properly. Kindly do not book this place.

Worst Experience ever. Wouldn't recommend any body to this property and booked from EWA properties l. worst service ever. There is no basic amenities such as towels, soaps, toothbrush. AC doesn't work and there was no fan in the hall. There is a gate in the hall which faces the outside which is locked and keys are not given. The place is filled with mosquitos and not even a coil is given. The power sockets don't work. The care taker there is absolutely useless.For calling the homestay a luxury homestay is simply a plain lie. You will get better amenities in a 2000 rupees hotel. They even locked us inside the property because we weren't ready to pay full amount for thier trash services.All fake marketing making people believe it's a good property but it's absolutely trash. Not at all worth it and please avoid this property if you are looking to have a good time. This play is just a waste of money. And EWA properties with the worst customer service ever. The person who spoke on call was rude and lying about everything and when we asked we wanted to speak with the owner they didn't connect us to the owner and was not at all considerate. Big scam is what ewa properties are.

No basic amenities for the price we pay. The resort is added to my must not go list. When I say basic amenities, you can't even charge your phone forget the soap / toothpaste. There is no AC, fan also doesn't work. Wifi isn't working great. Pathetic service , Pathetic place.

Worst experience ever. Very disappointed with the service. No fan in living room, charging points not working, ac not cooling. While there are lots of complaints about this property few basic things like plates glasses and toothpaste must be provided while these people are charging prices soo high. Absolute waste of money

Worst property i have ever gone to in my entire life. They charged us 40,000/- but we can get 1000 times better property for half the price. The good reviews you see here are by their friends or paid. These people are a scam. - We had booked through EWA properties and everything thing they posted online and told by call is a lie and half of the things are locked. - No proper communication when trying to complain they (EWA) keep changing their staff on call every time they call them - Paying 40k every customer might expect AC but this villa does not even have working fan also the Ac in bedrooms are also not working when complained the caretaker says its "like that only" - No cutlery no plates no tooth paste no soap etc u get all appliances from your house to stay here these provide only bed and roof for 40k - villa is filled with mosquitoes when asked coil they cannot provide that too - No network at the place WIFI does not work well so say bye to using your phones there - most of the sockets not working so customers must also get power-banks When we complained they say in T&C it was not mentioned they provide these facilities. No villa or properties will mention that they provide basic facilities like fan, sockets etc. After checkout we found out that it was not just us who faced this issue but every customer who stayed there did these people are a scam and try to loot you. NEVER BOOK THIS PLACE.
