Redbell Suites Manjeri

Gone there for room at midnight on 18/03/2023 for an overnight stay, rooms are overpriced and the person at the front desk is also a little arrogant. Told that the check-in check-out interval is 12 hours! Will get better rooms for a cheaper rate at nearby hotels for 24 hours.

I checked in this hotel on 26-10-2022 at 1.30pm. A worst accommodation. It can only be described as an very old lodge with olden furniture.There is no power back up facility. When power fails,AC will not work-not even lighting in the room.No lift facility. Room is not cleaned daily.The behavior of the caretaker is rude when i questioned about the poor facility.I should not have opted this accommodation. Excessively priced in comparison with the available facility.When i wanted to vacate the lodge at 8.30 in the night on 27-10-2022 due to power failure and his inability to resume power even after long wait, he has collected two days rent @2300/-per night even though i stayed for one night only and even used bad words against me.I somehow managed to escape as i feared further bad bahaviour from the caretaker.

Not recommended for families because a lot of alcoholic drinkers are there and I saw one man who was not conscious and his friends dragged him to his room and they were openly smoking at the corridor . The heater is not working. Not recommended.

The only good thing about this hotel is it's location - located very close to Manjeri town. Everything else about this hotel is either broken or of poor quality. Worst thing is, the only window in the room opens to a public corridor. Nothing justifies 2300/night price for this 'lodge' type accommodation. (People I met here are good, thank god!)

Staying at Redbell in Manjeri was a great experience. It is located in the heart of manjeri town. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help

Is 3000 acceptable for this hotel room?!!!
